    Just left here absolutely furious, went to pick up a Christmas present from this store that got delivered by Yodel, I had a downloaded bank statement and showed the guy behind the counter to be told that was not acceptable. I know it's an acceptable form of id, because 1. I've used it before at another Yodel pick up point and 2. The Yodel website itself says it's an acceptable form of ID. Then proceeded to be spoken down to by the employee. I will NEVER get parcels sent here again.

    Used to be good, nice and friendly staff. I used them for parcel drop off and collection , but now new rude staff keep timing me while trying to find collection codes, I can't collect a parcel as they didn't scan in as received and a previous one was returned straight after they received it. Not sure what's going on, but i will give them one more chance and go somewhere else.

    Same as others, went to drop off parcel to be told no despite the opening hours on EVRI's website. Avoid and don't give them your custom. Will be reporting to EVRI and hope they get removed as a shop.

    Don't use as a click and collect pick up option. This store came up as an option as a click and collect pick up regarding an item from eBay. I found out they refused the item stating it was too big - (it arrived over a week later at a different address -it's not that big plus there is nothing stating that they won't accept items over a specific size!) No apology or anything. It was only for the seller that we managed to eventually get the item after it went back up to Scotland. I have used this place before for sending Evri parcels back and they were OK. Not the friendliest but did their job. I won't be using them for anything now and would advise to use another place for parcel collections.

    The rudest staff I've ever encountered (on multiple occasions!) If you want to send a package don't bother as they'll do it incorrectly then blame you. Use the post office instead.
