   Well stocked store but nearly, nearly gave up trying to pay and left, given the amount of time it took to pay. I think there were 8 self service (may only be 6) but only 3 for cash. Of which one has a big sheet on it saying "now card only", another stuck on the reboot screen, and so the only one that could be used had someone who kept sending his kid, about 5 years old, to go and get more things. Why the assistant woman didn't say finish the sale so others could pay I don't know, she was not interested. By the time the bloke finally got through after spending more time trying to pay using a mobile there was a queue of about 6 wanting to use the cash till. Very poor Lidl. Won't be bothering here again.

   Good selection of everyday essentials and the famed middle isle. Easy check out with card payments and they even open up cash check outs if it gets busy to alleviate waiting. Prices are very good. 100% recommend

The staff are friendly and helpful, which makes the experience smoother. It can get a bit busy at times, but the checkout lines move fairly quickly. Overall, it’s a reliable place to grab groceries without breaking the bank—definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for good value.

   I shop here all the time. Has all the usual stuff you’d need. Sometimes there’s a security guard around. Plenty of parking and always has spaces. Don’t get fooled by the left turn arrow on the road (shown in image), that’s where cars leave Lidl. I still think the left turn should be an entrance… There is an entrance/exit on the other side. The pedestrian path by the front of Lidl isn’t designed well since people just cut across to walk to traffic lights. But apart from the slightly bad planning, can’t complain.

   My favourable store in Derby. Do our weekly shop here and happy with the selection and prices. Some are going up but from a smaller Base than mose supermarkets. I hardly notice the price increases. Still the best Value supermarket in Derby.
