Today around 11:30, I visited Morrisons store in Belper for my daily shopping. When I went to the area with the automatic cashiers I felt awful because a Section Manager passed me walking fast smelet awful. It is important I think for the main representative in Morrisons to take time to time a path.

Don't like this store. Deli, hot food, salad bar and fish counter close about 5. Store is open till 10. Hardly any tills open even at 5 or 6. Need to use self serve and if you have a problem on self serve there is nobody around to help you

Great store with 2 hours free parking - very handy for visiting Belper's bustling high street. Delicious fresh produce from the deli, bakery, butcher, fishmonger etc.

Update: Had a revisit at 20:15 and was worse than my last visit, broken shelves mess everywhere and accident waiting to happen and items days out of date on the shelves. Not a very good store. Was dirty staff look at you like a criminal and the cafe was a bit dirty too, tables were sticky.

Great selection of fresh food. Nice bakery & deli counter. Plenty of parking spaces available and can click & collect your order too. The cafe is also nice and clean and always helpful staff.

Suspect they've relocated the EV charging as couldn't find it on map mid Jan2023 but tracked it down now Only 2 charging points but handy if travelling down A6 towards A50. Good sized car park (extra round the back) and well stocked store.

Was surprised by the difference in products available here versus Sainsbury's (eg, no double roll sized toilet rolls, different variety of bread products, eg only 2-3 flavours/types of bagels and lesser selection of cheeses). Overall a nice store and prices seemed lower than Sainsbury's, but that could be because I usually shop in Oxfordshire.

We decided to shop at Morrisons this last week and were so disappointed. At one stage someone had broken some wine on a display they placed a yellow warning there but after a good 15 mins broken glass and wine still had not been cleaned up. We shopped and decided to use the self check out never having used them before. My husband moved an item from the paid side into a bag this made an alert the check out assistant came no hello just did what she had to do and left. Another issue with an assistant again Grumpy and not particularly helpful. We paid and decided would have lunch. I chose tuna mayo and baked potato in a shop with dozens of tins of tuna there was no tuna mayo. So I had beans instead. It came the salad looked like yesterday's the beans were luke warm and one of the tomatoes was cracked and black. My husband had half a chicken and chips. Plate was cold the chips were cold but hey the chicken was good. So I am sorry to say Morrisons will not be having anymore of our pension.
