   Had a minor skin procedure. The whole procedure and aftercare was explained well. The appointment was quick and Dr Holder and the nurse working with her were both chatty and polite. The nurse held my hand throughout and gave me advice on the financial side of things. Dr holder also gave me advice on another query of mine. Overall, my experience was 10/10 and I could not fault it. Would 100% recommend!

   I highly recommend Dr Priya Ilangovan who is by far the most amazing paediatric respiratory consultant I have ever encountered. Her patience, expertise, extensive respiratory knowledge, and geniune caring attitude towards my child are just some of the reasons I trust my little boys health in her incredibly capable hands. My son's respiratory health has improved dramatically since meeting this remarkable lady, and I recommend Dr Ilangovan to any parent who has a child with respiratory, or any other medical needs.

   An awful experience trying to book an app in, no phone calls and instead back to back emails to a secretary whose reply's were quite unprofessional!! Would not use or recommend!!

   Do not deal with this clinic. Unprofessional, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT SERIOUSNESS OF A SITUATION. I have been URGENTLY referred to see a cardiologist about a respiratory problem. I mean when we here respiratory condition in an hospital, medical staffs are immediately concerned but not CANDOVER CLINIC. After several phone calls I have been told the secretary is in holiday so I can't be booked with. Calls and messages left to the so called secretary, no reply. I called back again today to be told that my referral letter is been dealt with and they will contact the secretary. Basically my life is in hands of a mystery secretary whose absence stops the clinic from going forward. I have now contacted my private insurance and instructed them to recommend a different clinic.

   I saw my GP recently and wish to see a Dermatologist. A long wait on the NHS so I decided to have a consult private. GP recommended the Candover Clinic and was to write a letter to them. I contacted the Candover Clinic and was initially not impressed they could not give me the cost for a certain procedure. Date booked in and email recently received saying as GP letter not yet received my clinic date has been given to someone else! Not impressed and not even been in the clinic. I will go elsewhere.

   I had a negative experience having a MRI. Radiographers uncommunicative and couldn't have cared less about patient care, it was all rush as I was last patient that day. Email of complaint ignored. Apart from expedited appointment I see no other reason to veer from the NHS, much superior care given.
