Great venue, excellent staff. Saw the Bon Jovi Cover band - 'Wrong Jovi' at Hangar farm. It was a great night.
We went for "The Complete Works of Jane Austen (Abridged)" - which was very funny - and also found a very beautiful quilting exhibition, the artists were all very talented.
We booked Hanger Farm as our wedding venue in September. They are not an approved venue for legal wedding ceremonies but we were having our ceremony with a Celebrant not a registrar so we had both the ceremony and the reception at Hanger Farm. Serina and Kyle were both so great at helping us with the organisation and planning before the wedding day, and were both available all day the day before the wedding in order to help us get the venue set up and looking great, which was loads of help. They were extremely patient with us and worked really hard to make everything go to plan. We were also able to visit the wedding venue multiple times in advance of the wedding in order to meet other suppliers there, take photos etc. On the wedding day as we were having the ceremony and the reception in the same room, the staff were able to completely turn around the venue in a couple of hours for dinner, and made the place look absolutely amazing. Everything ran completely smoothly, largely due to the effectiveness of the Hanger Farm staff. The venue itself is really great, we had loads of compliments on the venue itself and on how it worked really well as a wedding venue for us. It has loads of space and different rooms whilst also feeling cozy and comfortable. The staff on the day were all really attentive and professional. They are experienced staff who are used to running all sorts of different events including theatre and music events as well as weddings, so they were able to help us get the sound and lighting just perfect for our wedding day. All in all we fully recommend Hanger Farm for your wedding. Photos to follow once we have them back from the photographer.
Came here to watch a couple of bands. The music was fab and they have lots of music events going on here. A nice place with plenty of seating.
A great location to watch live events, such as bands and tribute acts. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.
A wonderful, adaptable space with a stage and theatre seating. Large bar area. Always very clean and tidy. This centre had a varied and excellent programme of entertainment, check out their website. I understand it is also a very popular wedding venue.
Lovely venue to see acts but the social space to wait is very small. It's a very good place to see comedians as it's not very large so you're quite close.
Lovely place to watch live music, friendly helpful staff and good value drinks from the little bar. Events to suite all ages and tastes.
What a hidden gem! great venue, very intimate. We watched "sleeping lions" and it almost felt as though we were part of the show. Good selection of drinks. cosy atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed our evening, will definitely return.
