3 times I have been in to do pay point and they never know what to do!! Today I went in the guy said there wasn’t enough cash in the register for £20 that they were going to get straight back anyway due to paying for electric!! Absolutely useless
Lady in shop refused to give me my money after processing my cash voucher for 30 pounds,first saying there wasn't enough money in the till and to come back in the afternoon,I did then she said she hadn't processed one before and to go to post office I did but it got declined the man said it's already been used ,I explained what had happened earlier in the shop and he said she should have given me money I went back and explained she said to come back another day,well today she saying that she can't do anything about it?? That doesn't help me as this shop has processed it I'm at a loss as what to do I'm going to just take it that if they can do this what else are they capable off?
