   We stayed at this charming B & B ahead of a trip into London for a concert the following day. Susan and Simon were so pleasant and welcoming, explaining everything to us as soon as we arrived - nothing was too much trouble. The house is fantastic, full of character and perfectly located for walks alongside the River Thames towards Wallingford. Our room was at the top of the house, spacious and had everything we needed - including a VERY comfy bed. It was so quiet overnight, absolutely lovely. Susan supplied a plentiful breakfast - all the usual suspects so top notch cereals, toast, fruit, yoghurt and a choice of eggs. I asked for a cheese and tomato omelette and it was perfectly cooked, while my Wife had poached eggs on toast. Had a lovely and really interesting chat with Susan during breakfast too. We will DEFNITELY be back and would recommend this lovely place to anyone wanting to stay and explore the area - there so much to see if you like nature, peace and tranquillity.    My two grown up children and i had a really lovely stay at Chaddleworth recently and i am very happy to recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a really comfortable stay with a delicious breakfast. The rooms were lovely, the beds were comfortable with beautiful bed linen and our hosts couldn't have made us feel more welcome. The house is also very well-placed for walks and eateries without needing to take the car which is a lovely extra benefit.

   I've stayed in many B&Bs and hotels through my work, and Chaddleworth is the nicest in the last 14+ years. Everything about it stands out - the welcome, hospitality, decor, cleanliness, delicious food, and Susan's determination to give every guest the best possible stay. I cannot recommend them highly enough - you will not regret staying in this beautiful house with views over the wonderful gardens.

   The house and gardens are absolutely beautiful and ideally located for the Ridgeway Walk. The house and room were excellent. You can tell a lot of thought has been put into every detail. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, well-appointed, and had wonderful views. Most importantly, the bed was really comfortable. We were greeted with a delicious breakfast in the morning, including the local butcher’s bacon and sausages. Susan and Simon were so welcoming. They suggested local places to visit and even helped us arrange a local taxi (as I injured my leg on the walk). I highly recommend staying here!

Hosts Susan and Simon were very friendly and accommodating, giving us great recommendations about walks and restaurants in the local area. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and made with local produce. We would stay again if returning to the area.

   We had a wonderful stay at Chaddleworth. Susan's home is spotlessly beautiful and she was a perfect host, cooking a wonderful breakfast and giving us local tips and suggestions to make our stay even better. The location is great too - right beside the Thames Path, and walking distance to plenty of excellent pubs, cafes and little shops.

   Thanks to Susan and Simon for a friendly welcome and very comfortable stay in their beautiful home. We slept in spacious ‘Willow’ on the top floor, a large room which was really clean and well-appointed - fantastic large bed with quality bedding, lovely big sofa and a great en-suite with both bath and shower. We really appreciated the big fan too as it was hot when we stayed. Chaddleworth has a glorious garden and we really enjoyed our breakfast outside and a stroll amongst the charming flower beds and veg patches. I loved the homemade marmalade - delicious! We stayed in August 2020 at the height of new Covid-19 protocols and we felt that Susan and Simon did everything possible to meet all regulations whilst still offering a warm welcome.
