These rooms are perfect for people who are travelling to london via train. You could be in london in 45 minutes with the walk and train included. 10 minute walk maximum to the train station and also 15 minutes into the town centre of reading. Also located in caversham where nice pubs are a 5 minute walk away and backs onto the river themes for all you walkers. They are very clean and kept tidy at a very high standard. I couldn’t fault them when staying here. I highly recommend these. And the girls who run these are lovely to talk to and will help you out as much as they can. I couldn’t fault them when staying here for 6 months.

I stayed in two rooms over a period of time at their Caversham Road location. Both rooms were very comfortable and very well equiped, and the staff were polite and very helpful. Caversham Road itself can be very noisy with the constant traffic, and the front rooms can be noisier because of that - the double-glazed windows definitely help, but if you're a light sleeper you might struggle a bit. That's really only real fault I can think off. It was great to stay here, and overall it was a great value.

I needed a place to stay in Reading with secure parking at short notice. Fortunately, a friend was able to recommend Reading Serviced Rooms and I was really pleased with the whole experience. I contacted them late evening one day, and by 9.30 next morning I was booked in, parked up and off to my meetings via a short walk to the town centre. The manager was extremely helpful and I felt well looked after. To add to the experience, I had booked a week in advance as I expected to be staying that long, but in the end I finished mid-week and I was refunded the other days without hesitation. The facilities were clean and comfortable and finished to a high standard. Would thoroughly recommend and will use again. Only 1 warning, the road access to the car park is quite narrow. I have a Mitsubishi Outlander and was able to get down the path without incident, so it isn't unmanageable by any means, but just a warning to check the size of your vehicle. The manager did also warn me when I booked, so it wasn't a surprise, but worth noting. However, the benefit was a properly secure and gated car park right outside the venue, not actually that easy to find that in Reading so it was well worth it.

We had a lovely stay in a really roomy and comfy room. The hotel had recently been renovated and upgraded top-to-bottom, so it was super-smart. There was fast WiFi, an excellent smart TV, and even a high quality coffee-maker with coffee capsules provided too! The beds and bed linen felt high quality, and the bathroom had a pumped shower with immediate hot water for a lovely, strong shower. Checking in and gaining entry was interesting - there was no actual key or key card, we were given a personal access code for the rear and front doors and for our room. Easy to use and v hi-tech, checking in was simply a case of entering our code and walking in. We also reserved a space in the private car park to the rear - the access road was a little tight at the beginning, but we got through OK and the car park was easy to access (also with a code). Our room was at the front and were a bit concerned about comments in earlier reviews re. road noise. The road is certainly busy, but during the recent renovations they replaced the windows with acoustic glass and it seems to have made a big difference and we had no problem relaxing and sleeping. Location-wise, it was a short walk to the town centre. The riverside and park are even closer and made for a lovely stroll in the sun (we were lucky with the weather!). Our room also had it's own fridge and microwave, but the hotel was surrounded by food and drink opportunities and we enjoyed drinks at The Moderation (nice atmosphere), dinner at the Standard Tandoori (great food and v friendly staff), and a delicious breakfast at the Richfields Deli. Overall, a very nice stay in Reading.

Had an excellent stay on Saturday night. We needed parking which was great to have in the centre of a city but if you were coming by rail the station is only 5/10 mins away. Nice quiet newly renovated room with really comfortable beds, the shower was great and the WiFi fast. I would recommend using this service. The Standard Tandoori across the road was amazing and The Gorge great for breakfast, also Richfields was recommended to us as well.
