Housing illegals before our own people goes against the grain. You need closing down.

I'm a trade plate driver who stops in lots of hotels all week, every week. I found this gem at the cheapest price and yet cheap is not how I would describe it! It was a great atmosphere with people playing pool and friendly staff, the facilities are great and the room matched! My two highlights would definitely be the lady at the desk, she was amazing, very friendly with a great smile, something you don't see at many other places, secondly was the bed, it was really soft, hugging and all round perfect! I had a really stressful day but within moments of entering the Flexistay I felt welcomed and relaxed. There is a pool table, a dart board, some light gym equipment and a full kitchen open to use, unfortunately I'm no Gordon Ramsey, so I only used the microwave but it was all very tidy and well maintained. 10 out of 10, definitely booking next time I'm in the area.

The only way I can describe this place is, it's a sh*t hole. There's mould on the ceiling above the shower and toilet. The wallpapers hanging off on various walls. On checking in we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come and check us in, there was no one on reception, I had to speak to someone via an intercom. The rooms aren't cheap either, in fact they should be paying us to stay there. The rooms look nothing like the pictures on Trip advisor or Booking.com.

For the very cheap price I can't believe what other people who have reviewed were expecting. You get what you pay for! I can't fault my stay other than a confusing check-in and check-out system. There's a communal kitchen with TONS of free food, milk, juice and stuff, and the WiFi is included in the price and is of sufficient speed. For these reasons the price is even better! I do agree that the walls are paper thin, but overall for the price I think this place was very good!

Good value for money. Had 2 good long sleeps in the massive bed. Had a bathsheet which actually wrapped round me and was able to dry and straighten hair sitting down at dressing table with sockets within reach. Making your own breakfast was a new thing for me but the bacon was good quality and there was a good selection and available all day. Would use again if in the area.
