   Outstanding service. Always makes me feel more positive about myself and injury when finished. I have used this service multiple times now. I have been given acupuncture, shockwave therapy and I also had an ultrasound during my appointment which was a great insight to understanding what’s wrong and how you can improve it. Rather than just being told. Support/fitness plans are also supplied specifically for the place of injury and are accessible straight to your phone. With videos! Besides the appointments themselves, support and advice is always on offer which is really helpful. Definitely recommend!

   Every sports club needs a great physio…and Paul is an excellent one! He’s always there whenever we need him, even a phone call away if we need urgent advice. His care and attention to detail is inspiring and my gymnasts not only improve from seeing him but they learn so much about their body and how to prevent injuries. I can only recommend Paul as a physio he goes above and beyond and you can tell he’s really passionate about his job and helping others. He is knowledgable and professional and has an unprecedented amount of practical experience.
