Stopped by to grab some fruit this morning after night shift as we didn’t have time to go to our regular. Just opened the fruit and all three packets (blueberries, strawberries and raspberries) are moulded.
Good store with some struggles. Staffing seems to have been upped with typically 2 or 3 staff on compared to the past where it would be a struggle to find one. Their 'security' system of giant plastic windows around their tills make it difficult to actually place anything / hand over to staff to purchase so for anything other than hand sized objects its a pain and typically just avoid.
Conveniently situated store. Stock is excellent & their fruit is lovely. The parking is not great but it’s adequate. Coffee is actually really good. Two small gripes - checkouts are ridiculously loud and irritating & the staff are not particularly friendly.
Best Co-op in the town. Always stocked. Friendly service. Parking, Coffee Vendor, Amazon storage, etc.
Convenient location, good parking but always seems under staffed.
Great shop with parking outside. convenient with plenty stock for a mini mart, staff friendly enough without being in your face and outside you can collect stuff from the locker (Lamont) that you ordered from amazon. You really don’t need anything else.
Super store. Great addition to the area. Wide variety of products available as well including halal and free from. Freshly made coffee and baked goods available in-store. Also, try the ‘Black Cherry Frozen Yoghurt Split’. It’s amazing! And yeah, there’s a reason why it’s always sold out…
A real positive contribution to the area with friendly staff. The store offers easy parking along with a well stocked selection of fine and convenient products. Thank you.
So happy to have something else in the area that is useful. Especially for the people who live in this area. We who live nearer this end needed something closer to home, rather than having to cross busy roads to get to Morrisons and Lidl.(For those of us who don't drive). This new CoOp is lovely inside and it has a coffee machine and hot rolls/pizza slices etc.. Also a cashpoint inside and self service checkouts. There are some oldwr folk who are happy it has opened, and the students who stay in the area too. Thank you.
