   Visited the pharmacy this morning to collect a prescription and attend an impromptu pharmacist consultation. I didn't have to queue and the wait to collect my prescription was very short. The pharmacist, Habib, was very helpful in our consultation. I was discussing a sensitive topic and he immediately put me at ease and provided helpful and practical suggestions. Fantastic pharmacy, great service

   Never ever answer the phone continually ringing it for half an hour quite a few times trying to sort out clients prescription to have to then go into the chemist instead as the phone never gets answered absolutely ridiculous the cohens near fountain place excellent as always

   I have a repeat dispensing prescription with them. It’s should be very easy and straight forward to simply call and have it made up at the end of the month. However, the phones are either off, busy or unanswered. I’ll be looking elsewhere

   I came to waters greens with my friend who had an interview there. He was very excited about the interview. When asked about the interview in the reception they told they weren't even aware about the interview, he was really frustrated and disappointed with this, finally after lot of drama and uncertainty he finally found the interviewer, it was a lady and was very rude and restless. She wanted to finish the interview really fast and was very impatient towards him. All this thing happened was not in any interview room, it took place just infront of the reception he even doubt whether that was an interview.This was a clear form of humiliation.and can't be tolerable at all. I even think this incident as discrimination towards different races.Very very bad experience.Anyway thank you so much waters Green medicals centre for giving my friend a traumatic experience.

   Was greeted by a lovely young man on reception and told to put vehicle details in machine for free parking. Was seen very promptly by medical staff who were extremely helpful and explained everything to me. I wish more medical practices were like this one. A pleasant experience from start to finish

   Possibly the worst service I have ever had from a GP, I wanted to be referred to someone that specialised in mental health in particular bi-polar disorders. And even though I did not once mention signs of anxiety, stress or depression I was told I would have to take anti-depressants for 4 weeks before anyone would even speak to me face to face. As a 21 year old it really has made me loose faith in the system, I understand the impact recent years has had on our health service but I don’t think the answer is handing out prescriptions when they’ve not even looked you in the eye. However the second doctor I spoke to was happy to write to a psychiatrist on my behalf and was keen to help in anyway he could, it’s just a shame it took me phoning back up in tears after my initial call for this to happen.

   For 3 days Ive been trying to cancel my dietrician appointment to which is today at 9.45 I rang 22 times no answer on 23rd attempt Phone got answered just for the person on the other end at the surgery to put it down on me. So you wonder why you have so many people not turning up for there appointments this is the reason You never answer you phone. It's about time there was a different phone line you can ring to cancel appointments. Yes i know you can cancel appointments on line but for last year or more I've not been able to back into my account to do so Yes i have been to the front desk to get it reset but it still don't work. Please invest in a answer machine. Thank you.

   People had been telling me all week that I looked ill, My eyes were really yellow and my skin was turning the same colour. The doctor said she thought my eyes were ok.I said I think I m wasting my time here & left.Arranged a blood test myself ,and now in MDGH. The day I arranged my blood test, the receptionist found 2 blood test forms,one from June, & one from March,which my doctors had failed to give me.i have been diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer.. Doctors are more interested in staring into their PCs, than looking at the patients.
