   I have lived here since they were first built in 2021, and I am a very happy resident. The flats are all vast, spacious and modern. There is always plenty of parking. All my neighbours are very friendly, and it's only a 20-minute walk into the town centre. I know a few people have had issues with the roof on the top floor, but they have been rectified straight away, and because of my apartment is a ground floor flat, I have not had a single issue, and the flats are also very well soundproofed.    An absolute disaster of a place, had to move out a few weeks ago after living there for 4 years. I would explain what happened with the leaking roof but I’ll let the photos do the talking. Another project by Silvermark who should be avoided at all costs.

   Absolutely rubbish management! The lift isn’t working from almost 4 months now!! Yes, 4 months! Was sent an email saying this should be fixed by second week of Nov and now we’re entering the new year and still nothing!! They just keep coming up with new excuses. I am an asthmatic and have had exacerbation twice by now where I DESPERATELY needed to use the lift. I have been suffering everyday on the stairs. And it’s not just the lift, the main automatic gate is broken since forever now, there’ve been water leakage issue from the walls going on too! Extremely poorly managed apartments!

   "New" apartments with loads of issues. We lived here a year and moved out soon as we could. So many issues; leak after leak from the roof, causing mould, the lift broke down regularly and the same with the front gate (to name a few issues!) Corners were definitely cut in turning the office block into flats. AND THEY'RE TRYING TO BUILD ON TOP with people living there. Avoid like the plague.

   Please be aware that if you are looking to purchase any of these properties, there is application to put a further two stories on top of the existing, so make sure your solicitor is aware of this fact, and be prepared to live on a building site. The other thing to consider is, why people leave 3/4/5 stars, but give no reason why.

   After viewing this converted apartment block the other week, I was very impressed with what I saw - there was an array of very well sized 1 & 2 bedroom apartments available. The building was gated, it had an underground car park and it also featured a lovely green outdoor space that went around the whole building.

   Modern but sterile flats in a converted office block. Felt cold and lacking any personality upon arrival. Flats are small and waaaaaaaaay overpriced.
