   Please don't waste your time, petrol, days from work etc... GP referred me for an allergy patch test. I waited around 6 months for the appointment ( didn't think that was too bad and was hopeful) The Obnoxious Dermatologist when I got there refused to do the test as my symptoms had dissipated. Not once was I told that I had to have the same severity to be eligible for the test. In and out of there within all of 30 seconds.. don't bother they simply do not care.

   I waited 8 months for an appointment I had to asked to be looked at was in and out in 2 mins doctor horrible they discharge me, I continue with my problems for months went to my GP they referred me back took another 8 months. My appointment was at 16:45 I got there they all had there coats on said it was late and they needed to get home ushered me out and just said we will refer you to the hospital this was in February I had an appointment for the hospital in September this year, this was by far the worse experience I have ever had and I will or am trying to complain this place is awful.

   Went to their office in Newcastle and 2 years of being messed about later and losing my job they called me randomly today to tell me there's nothing they can do. I suspect it's just a scam to get money out of the NHS.

   Where do I start. The disgraceful unempathetic treatment, forcing me to have treatment or medication I've explicitly said I don't want, telling me I need a surgical intervention then I don't, then when I refuse a contraceptive I'm being discharged ?! Absolutely abhorrent treatment. I've explained I'm autistic and do not wish to have a contraceptive inside my body...well that was the icing on the cake for them. Are you on comission for trying to push certain things on people ?! Unbelievable. I said i wanted to be put to sleep and got snarled at, why didn't I discuss this with the doctor ?! Because I spent 5 minutes in and out and the assistant handed me a leaflet with no explanation of what the precluded entailed. I've happily gone back to my GP to avoid these people.

   Went after being referred by the GP for a women’s health related matter. Doctor was very rude with no empathy. I tried to explain my perspective however was met with a dismissive and unkind attitude. Was made to feel I was wasting people’s time, my symptoms weren’t bad enough and that I wasn’t trying hard enough because I felt unsure on one treatment option. Honestly the worst health related experience I’ve ever had and I left in tears. It took a lot of build up for me to make the appointment to be met with what felt like an argument. Would 100% never go here again or recommend to anyone especially if your issue is sensitive. Need empathy training asap. Honestly my advice is cancel and go elsewhere.
