   I’ve been coming to this cinema for years and have always had a good experience overall. My only real complaint is the temperature over the past year or so. In the summer, the auditorium is freezing—fine for the first 20 minutes, but then your nose starts going cold. In the winter, it feels about the same temperature as it is outside. So if you’re planning to watch a film here, wrap up warm and maybe even bring a hot water bottle. Aside from the temperature, everything else is great, and I’d still recommend seeing a movie here.

   Went last week wasn't allowed to take in a burger king.. I have children with disabilities and won't eat what they serve.. daughter went to watch a 15 film.. she's almost 16 and has disabilities and they wanted her passport.. she panicked and I had to send her over her passport photo to be able to go in... and absolute joke of a cinema

   This is a great cinema with plenty of screens and a wide selection of showings, including the latest releases and nostalgic throwbacks—which has been a fantastic move for cinemas recently. Unfortunately, it’s clear that cinemas are in decline, which is genuinely heartbreaking. I spent much of my teenage years at the movies, so seeing them so quiet—especially during a school half-term—is really sad. The venue seems to be running on a skeleton crew, which likely reflects the low attendance more than anything else. The only real frustration is the sky-high prices for popcorn and drinks. It's hard to justify the cost, and it feels like these concessions are the main thing keeping cinemas afloat these days.

   We hired Cineworld for our son’s 9th Birthday party. Really good value for money, and very easy to book. Just turned up, got 11+ very excited kids into the cinema. Munch box and popcorn delivered and put on a table. Job done.

   It is really great that on weekends this cinema does short animations based on most popular books like Zog or Gruffalo for really low price (2£ per person), so your little ones can gradually get used to cinema. It is hard of course for some little ones to sit through longer animations. And the price is such a bargain for a family to spend rainy weekend together.

   Nice cinema. Only have issue with staff. I the middle of movie I go to bar buy drinks and I saw the child boy crying and screaming. He lost her mum… non of staff didn’t look interested of this situation he ranning over the cinema… I ask the staff girls was standing together to help boy before he’s gonna run out of cinema. Anader problem was with people change the rooms to see anader movies. Look like nobody look after cinemas at all.

   Went to the children's showing and when we waived to the screen 6 minutes before the films start time, every light was off couldn't see a thing in the screen. Had to go to staff out the front for them to turn the light on. Got two hotdogs hut one I had to return it because the bread roll was powder, and I would have just been holding a wobbly sausage. They exchanged it with no issues whatsoever so my hands stayed wobbly sausage free.

   Good cinema! Alot of choice in terms of films, screens and food. Nice seating. Seats have good space and its always nice for the upgrades which is your choice. Pricing is a bit high. Hopefully when they re open and restructure they will be slightly reduced but you can only hope. All in all a good cinema and in a great location
