   not impressed with this surgery so far wont take serious health concerns into consideration for flu vaccine such as struggling breathe in seizures which has been caused by illness like the flu before for me and still a yr and something later still haven't obtained it. Which tells me my safety and health doesn't matter to the surgery sending that underlying message coming from a gp surgery is awful. How can I give a good review when you cant even be arsed listen to patients about there own health concerns and take them seriously?. When you dont safeguard them appropriately. How can u improve listen to your patients with long term illnesses a bit more stop exposing them to unneeded risk. We deal with our conditions everyday I think we'd know when something is unsafe for us!.

   During a recent upheaval in my health the health centre has been attentive, informative, efficient and empathetic. I can’t fault the service that everyone has given. It seems to easy to criticise the NHS these days due to funding etc, but Audley Health Centre has been exceptional, thank you!

   Outstanding, Excellent GP Practice. If only all other GP surgeries operated this way. It should be the 'Gold Standard'. I've been at this practice 15 years. Every department from triage to nurses, bloods, maternity, contraception, mental health, vaccinations, asthma clinics, children's health, Musculoskeletal skeletal, skin health I've never had a bad experience. Trainee Keele Uni GPs are of an excellent calibre also. Love the online self referral for Triage, it saves time and the GPs here really listen. Thorough, Holistic practice. I can't praise it highly enough.

   Can't complain about this place. Every doctor I've seen has been good and so have the receptionists. The practice is always clean and my appointments are usually on time. The online booking system is handy too.

   I only moved to Audley practice around 2 months ago, and I honestly can’t fault them at all. The receptionists are super friendly and exceptionally helpful, I’ve never had an issue getting an appointment when I really needed one. I usually arrive early due to bus times, and not once have I sat waiting for more than around 2 minutes. Today I saw Dr Wharton for an issue that I’ve been having for 6 years, and she is the first and only doctor who has given me a solid plan of action to finally get it sorted. She was kind, understanding and very thorough. I couldn’t ask for a better practice, especially when GP surgeries are currently facing such unwarranted scrutiny and criticism. Thank you.

   The receptionists are nice but you will get palmed off by certain ones of GPs especially Dr H*ll. Pompous, arrogant and old school, 'I am a doctor, therefore I am more important than you' type. There are other horrible aspects I could mention on here but I won't...

   My wife, Lynda would give it give five stars, as well. We've been with the practice for 32 years and we've always received excellent treatment. I overheard two patients in the waiting room,discussing, the thoroughness of Dr. Hall.
