   Where do I even begin! A week before my daughter’s wedding, I was suddenly struck with such severe leg pain that I was unable to walk without crutches. I was absolutely heartbroken at the thought that I wouldn’t be able to walk down the aisle on such a special day. Then I saw Richard — and everything changed! He treated me just two days before the wedding, and what happened next felt nothing short of miraculous. The very next day, I could walk unaided! He’d pinpointed the problem within minutes and his treatment worked a miracle! I can’t even begin to describe how incredible it felt to walk down that aisle and share that precious moment with my daughter. I’ll be forever grateful to Richard for making it possible!

   Do not use the facility if you have private health care. I've been stung for £200 12 months after my treatment, due to this company not being a provider for Aviva (one of the largest private health care providers). Even though they were advised I would be using insurance to pay for my treatment!! Absolutely shocking conduct. I will NEVER use this company again and I've advised my friends and family to avoid them.

   I was sent here via health harmony clinic to see a consultant/therapist named Melanie Underwood. After my 1st meeting with her I learnt so much. She was so understanding and gave me so much information and explained everything in detail. I asked loads of questions and she was really thorough with her answers. I went away with a bit of homework to do and returned a few months later with amazing results. Even Melanie couldn't believe how far I had come from my 1st meeting. We had a little chat and she was so pleased with me and said that my next meeting would be a phone consultation which I had a couple of weeks ago. I explained to her that I'm absolutely fine now and have now gained my confidence back but its all thanks to Melanie and her lovely mannerisms and understanding and just listening to me. I've now been discharged but I can always ring the clinic if I need them. Thanks again and keep up the good work. ❤️

   Just finished a course of treatment with Matt. He is brilliant, very thorough. Over the 5 treatments he was always investigating the issue, left no stone unturned so that he could find how to get results. I left with improvements and advice on self management. Work paid for this course, if finances allow i would be happy to go back for more treatment

   I've seen both Mel and Richard here - Mel more recently (Richard some years ago); both are fantastic, really listen to you and make you feel valued as a client. All the staff here are really friendly, and very professional. I'm extremely happy compared to my experience of NHS physio, which I felt lacked lasting results.
