   I had a phone appointment with Smart Clinic yesterday. I was treated with respect and compassion. The lady had a good knowledge of my condition and was extremely helpful and friendly. The report was completed quickly and professionally. My experience with Smart Clinic was positive and I would not hesitate to have further appointments should the need arise.

   I looked at a lot of the reviews and they were extremely positive. I cannot say my experience was as good. The initial booking of the appointment and the timely phone call cannot be faulted and I had high hopes for a supportive conversation with Richard. I gave details of my MRI results and diagnosis that are recorded with my Dr and they were dismissed or minimised in the OH report. I had raised concerns over exercises that I’d already been given and how they were impacting on my recovery to be dismissed and the same exercises given to me again. I explained what my duties were within my role and that I had concerns over one small element for which he really didn’t seem to understand what I was saying and the report showed that he hadn’t heard me or understood my concerns. Information I feel is important and relevant were completely left out or minimised massively. I didn’t amend the report as it seemed a waste of time as if he didn’t understand me the first time despite having a conversation and repeating myself he wasn’t going to amend it anyway. It was very disappointing and I don’t feel this report was supportive of my return to work in a safe manner to protect me from further harm. Based off this report I see no changes being made in my role to keep me safe.

   Excellent service. I was referred by work following 3 months off with eye operations. Having rarely been off work and never used this service I was unsure what to expect. I got a speedy response from referral, was called on time, spoke to a caring and informative person on the phone and had the report the same day. It was totally accurate and needed no amendments, giving useful things to do. Thank you for making it a positive experience.

   Quick turnaround to get an appointment with choices on suitable dates and times. I had a minor issue with the call not coming through to my phone (possibly a setting on my phone) but they sent me a text with a number to call - I spoke to a person straight away who put me through to my appointment quickly. During my appointment, I spoke to Lucy who was kind and understanding. Her report was helpful and clearly outlined our conversation and was sent out to me very quickly - only a couple of days after my appointment. Great service, would highly recommend to my colleagues.
