I worked here for a little while, they treat there staff like slaves and are rather rude towards the employees. I've worked for a few high quality furniture places in my working time and there quality of products is so poorly made. After seeing how they make there products I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Worked here for just over a week... no clear instructions they just throw you on the line and expect you to know what to do. I don't want to come across racist but i would not recommend working here if the only language you speak is English
This company is now rebranded as Usleep. Picking up stock, good easy yard to work in, deliveries to yard 1, tight yard but banksman always on hand. Makes life easy. In all a good place to pick up from our deliver to.
Lack of communication between management and shopfloor. Constantly missing PPE. People waiting for gloves for 5 weeks some of them buying by them self. Situation changes only when Ikea is visiting site. Lack of respect for shopfloor workers. Missing work instructions for workers. No one provides with trening on site. Only hope is within one person Mr Justin.
Great place to shunt the lads are great my fav place to park up.
This is Argjend Prethi and I have worked for this factory for little while they the worst ppl that I ever worked for I don't know where they find the management it's so low on communication they treat you like an animal it's unbelievable how they treat worker's they pay the minimum witch it's 8 £ per hour u go at at work they turn you back home no matter how hard you work I would advise that anyone buing mattress here or working on the factory should think twice for the high priced items I can clearly see that humanity it's gone on this place there is racist ppl there to I can't make it in words how bad it's that place people don't have 2 face's but they do have 20 .... Thank you for the worst experience that I had on this diflex foam LTD I hope the owner read's this review one day
Wheels had hardly stopped turning before I was being loaded. In and out within 15mins
