   Thank you for your help today: in spite of being incredibly busy sorting out hundreds of boxes and replenishing shelves, a very charming young salesman offered to print the particulars about the wines we bought and kindly carried the carton outside to our car and deposited it in the boot. Thanks again, we both appreciated your help and great customer service.

   Have been a regular customer for years. Will never buy from Majestic Aberdeen again. Tried to return some wine due to a quality issue, which they argued wasn't a problem with the wine but their online description of the wine was inaccurate. 'No quibble guarantee' is a complete lie and their Aberdeen manager is completely ignorant.

   My partner and I had a wine tasting here to work out what we wanted for our wedding, and we received excellent service from Tobias! He explained the dozen or so wines we had available to try, as well as picking a few other bottles from shelves to show us or let us sample after hearing our preferences from the original bottles. Didn’t expect to get all our wedding wine, bubbly and beer sorted in one place and in one trip, so we’re glad we went here!

   We really enjoyed working with Anna for planning our wedding weekend. She helped us find the perfect wines for the taste profile we were seeking at a reasonable price. She also had great advice for our cocktails. Majestic made it really easy to remotely plan, order, deliver and even pick up unused alcohol at our venue Drumtochty Castle. Thanks again for supplying our wedding with great alcohol!

   My partner went there earlier today on 5th of June and left our dog in the car. After the lady working there INSISTED he brings the dog inside because the place is "pet friendly", my cockapoo came back home STINKING like swimming pool chlorine / bleach. It is really disgusting, incompetent and irresponsible of your lady staff member to be convincing someone to bring a pet inside for their fur to be drenched in detergents that could melt my dog's skin and literally give my pet CHEMICAL BURNS!!! I've never been more angry in my life and had to give her a massive bath despite her only being inside for a short amount of time. It's none of your bloody business if someone brings their dog inside the shop or not first of all, and so unprofessional, it's disgusting. What if the dog was left inside the car due to being poorly socialised (as a lot of dogs are after the lockdown) and aggresive therefore posing threat to your other customers? There could be lots of reasons someone decides to keep their pet in the car and trying to convince and insist someone brings their dog inside should straight up be treated as gross misconduct as it could have been a dog that's uncomfortable around a lot of people and could have snapped and bitten someone who's just shopping. I've honestly enjoyed every other majestic warehouse but with this shop being my only local one, with all the incompetent staff that had zero idea about what they're selling or any product knowledge at all, I'll stick to ordering on the website.

   Been using this off licence for about 20 years + and Jim and Jackie formed the best team ever. Expert knowledge, brilliant service which got even better when they actually ran it themselves after the Threshers chain closed down. Always busy, always friendly and run just the way an off licence should be- can't recommend it enough
