   All the team at Osteopathy Works are professional, extremely knowledgeable and have a genuine passion in helping you be your best self. I have seen Kendall and Kirsten, both have very different approaches, but both are very effective. They explain whats happening during the treatment at a level that everyone can understand. I have never felt rushed or nervous to talk about symptoms. Kendall has referred me to specialists in the NHS for tests which just takes all the stress out of the normal route. I cannot recommend Osteopathy Works highly enough! Thank you for everything, you guys are amazing xx

   Suffering immensely with aching shoulders and neck I made the first appointment. I was sent a medical form to fill in and to include all past injuries, which included breaks and whiplash! The initial visit to Adrian was excellent. He listened to my complaints of pain and discomfort. Assessed movement, massaged tense neck and shoulder muscles, muscles I didn’t know I had..Relief was instant. 2nd visit was equally as good, always asking if I was ok with pressure on affected muscles. I was given a band to use for exercise at home to strengthen shoulder movement. Pain was becoming more manageable, I really did feel much better. 3rd visit today and again Adrian assessed movement and continued his magic in relieving the tension. At the end of the appointment he emailed two other exercises that I need to do and made my next appointment for two weeks. Every appointment is emailed and you get a reminder the day before. Excellent service. I fully recommend.

   Hurrah for osteopaths! I was experiencing pretty grim lower back pain which was triggered by lifting a large vase (but I suspect was largely due to years of walking strong dogs). So far, I’ve had two appointments with Kathryn and my word I’m so glad I have! I did not think I’d be feeling this much improved two weeks later, I can’t recommend her enough. It’s been a wake-up call to look after myself a bit better and I intend to have regular “maintenance” appointments going forward. Worth every penny!

   Absolutely brilliant osteopathy practice – we’re so fortunate to have it nearby. Both my husband and I have visited on separate occasions and have been thoroughly looked after and ‘fixed’ by Adrian and Kendall. Kendall is always prompt and helpful when responding to any queries, and I’ve never had trouble getting an appointment. Adrian is incredibly knowledgeable and patient – he takes the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. His treatments are detailed and effective, often identifying and addressing underlying issues that are contributing to the pain. We’re genuinely so impressed with the care we’ve received, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of osteopathic support. Great price, exceptional service!

   This is an amazing practice. I have had great results with my arthritic knees by stretching my muscles that have worked against themselves for years trying to relieve the pain. I jump off the bed when the session is over and feel so light. I have also had work on my lower back for sciatica. They really are not just after your money and never pressure you to go back. I have referred 5 friends so far and they have all received a first class service.

   Absolutely amazing. Kirsten has been treating me for almost a year and I can honestly say it has been life changing. I suffered with a really bad back following an injury and it was starting to hinder my day to day life. I’m now able to do normal things without being in loads of pain thanks to the ongoing treatment. Very honest, welcoming and friendly and definitely value for money!

   Was recommended Osteopathy Works by a Zumba friend after commenting on soreness and pain in my hip, sciatic nerve and lower back which I'd been suffering with for a few months. Simone was very thorough and professional and very quickly came up with a plan to get me back on track. I've had 4 sessions, been doing the exercises Simone set me and feel so much better in a relatively short time. Can't thank her enough for giving me my mobility back!
