   Im actually surprised they scored 1.9 awful company apparently they can see nerve damage from an X-ray, which is medically impossible. Did not ammend the 13 inaccuracies, I'm sure they had the wrong file, my surname was also spelt incorrectly. Absolutely refused to have their make believe assessment sent to my employee's as no correlation to my health records, I'd never work anywhere again if that was a factual report. In my own personal opinion I would 100% definitely use someone else

   We have worked with Everwell for 12 years and they have consistently delivered a great and reliable service for a range of occupational health referrals. Their directors are very proactive in the industry and keep a high quality control and effectively service across the UK. Very much recommend their services.

   Having read the reviews, I was very anxious about my assessment. I must have been lucky to be assigned to a clinician, that appeared to care about my case. She was compassionate and professional. Her report and recommendations were fair and reflected what I discussed with her.

   Refused to place an amendment in to a report for my employer. It was an amendment that I wanted to clarify points in easy a b c language so my employer would understand the report better. They work for the employer not the employee.

   Very poor level of service, worse because of the industry and the need for quality service. Easy to sign up for and submit referrals - unfortunately after this point, it is all downhill. Lead times for appointments are 3 - 6 weeks, they cancel appointments on the day (3 hours notice) - the customer service is some of the worst that I have ever experienced and they appear to have no concern for the individuals that are being referred or the SME's that rely on the service. Complaint resolution is nonexistent. Once the current referrals I have outstanding are concluded, I will be moving to an alternative provider.

   Couldn't possibly recommend. Completely the wrong angle to take in what should have been a supportive OH review as requested. Poor response to complaint.
