   AVOID !!!!! Bought a faulty voopoo Argus pro kit the battery was clearly faulty wouldn’t fully charge got really hot while charging and would drain within 20 minutes took it back fie a exhange the receipt says up to 90 days to return took it back 2 days after buying fully boxed with receipt to be told there’s no refund or exchange absolutely disgusting service will not use any of there shops again I will be taking legal action now

   I had purchased the Lost Mary Nera View kit 1 week ago. The battery isn’t producing any power and even with a fully charged battery and new liquid pod it indicates it works but does not. Went into the store to ask about a replacement and was quite rudely dismissed by the manager telling me I needed the original box. Very poor etiquette, didn’t offer any solution and have lost a loyal customer. Won’t be returning.

   (Latest news from the shop suggests the business owner rents the property but he wants to buy the property outright. Good news for customers because while shops in the city are closing down Scotvapes is here for the longterm.) Great shop with a very pleasing layout, Great deals on liquids and a good selection. Staff are very approachable, talkative and give sound advice. An overall nice store and one of the best in town, if not the best.
