   I was in this hospital recently The Support worker called Angela said to me what do I do about my big belly when I was poorly and constipated , Desmond the support worker was also rude to me . Wellington the nurse called me and a patient pysco paths. Isaac the nurse said they would save me some tea and they never saved me any . Carmen the art lady wouldn’t give me hand wash or sanity panty liners when I needed them . Carmen made me feel left out .

   If I could give it a minus star I would, my daughter went in there and came out like a zombie, even after my constant comments on saying she is not on the medication. My daughter’s doctor was arrogant and ignorant. Since my daughter has got out of there we have been working to get her on the right medication and over two months later we are still trying to find the right medication after what they had put my daughter on. Please do not send anyone you live here, it should not have a good rating. The staff are vile, they broke my daughter’s rib and didn’t even take her to hospital, when they put her on the wrong medication her body knew and asked to go to a&e, even I asked and got told the doctors at a&e would just look at the meds she is on and do nothing. They should not be able to do this with people with mental health issues. All they have done is prolonged my daughters recovery and six weeks later we are still trying to get her right from the damaging drugs they haven’t daughter to keep her quiet instead of finding out the best treatment for her and getting support for her mental and physical abuse from her ex and his family. Please do not let your loved one go here, they will make them worse and destroy the person who went in there

   I arrived at Cygnet house very unwell. The nurses , support staff, psychologists and psychiatrists helped to get me better. All of the staff are amazing , kind , thoughtful , caring and spend time with you. Thank you to everyone Cheryl

   I’ve recently stayed at cygnet Nield house . Outstanding staff. All very helpful to me during a hard time. Got to give credit to Paul - what an awesome guy and a heart of gold and will try and put a smile on your face all time! Big credit to you all. thank you again for helping me through a tough time. Onwards and upwards.
