First time use by my wife for a shoulder xray. Wow, less than 10 minutes for the visit. Nice old building in good use by the NHS. Plenty of parking too.
The staff at this hospital are incredible. Visited for the first time today, very friendly and very helpful. Wimborne is very lucky to have the people running this site! (Special shout out to the lovely lady on reception who gave us a great local tip for our 1yr old!).
This really is a jewel of the NHS. After coming off second best in a battle with a kitchen knife, I visited the Minor Injuries Unit at Victoria Hospital. Every member of staff was an absolute delight. Thank you so much for looking after me.
I've had reason to visit Wimborne Hospital's Minor Injuries Unit 3 times in the last couple of weeks. I have to say all the staff I've met there, all ladies I hasten to add, are an absolute credit to the NHS. Their empathetic, friendly and professional attitude towards all patients is clear to see and everyone there seems to work superbly well together as a team. Thank you to all the staff at Wimborne Hospital for the excellent care you provide.
My husband cut the tip of his finger off. It was red raw. They were amazing. Reception ladies were the best, can’t thank them enough. The nurses and doctors are how it used to be in hospitals. So helpful. Thankyou for your cheery smiles. Hope you are all valued for the amazing job you do x

Had my surgery here today. A double hernia repair. Very happy with how it went. Very swift, careful and really accommodating. Makes a change for a hospital to have this level of care. Thank you to the whole team!
Extremely impressed, if you have an option to have a procedure here, I’d 100% get it done here. I recently had an Endoscopy here & was really impressed with all the team, the nurses are so friendly & caring, they really take good care of you & put your mind at ease. Jane who works there & Maria (it was her first day) we’re both stars! Dr John who performed the procedure was excellent & took the time to walk me through it all & answered any questions I had. I have a rare pre existing medical condition which I mentioned over the phone, I was so impressed when I’d arrived that they had done research & printed out the information on it. I’ve been in & out of hospitals all my life & The Victoria really stood out to me. Thank you team for all your hard work!
Had day surgery at Wimborne Hospital. Although surgery was running late, I found all the staff from the nurses to the operating team so friendly and professional. They really helped to make me relaxed and comfortable. Had a great experience at this hospital and can't praise and thank the staff enough. Keep up the good work.
