   Have been waiting 6 weeks for MRI results, I leave a message with the Radiology team and *magically* I get a letter 1st class, 2 days later. For an appointment two months from that point, making my wait a whopping 4 months in total! I have received results in a matter of weeks from the NHS. I cannot get physio, nor be cleared by Ocp health for permanent work without an updated report. This is causing an extreme amount of stress to my life and I an about to use the last of my savings to support myself. Absolutely disgraceful from a private hospital.

   My 2nd visit and most comfortable happy helpful professional staff , so nice I didn't even notice really my epidural s , really are magnificent and feels like friends and in safe hands . I had Dr Carl Broadbridge and his team and from reception all top professional and so feel at ease , have improved my pain what suffered decades , I'm forever grateful and earth angels all of them thankyou so much New Hall and such wonderful people

   I cannot thank enough, everyone involved in my stay and treatment. Everyone was kind and caring. All staff were kind and helpful. My treatment was discussed at length and was given time to decide in all aspects of the treatment. After care was great and I didn't feel rushed. I can highly recommend New hall for treatment.

   I have just come home from having spinal surgery at New Hall and could not be better pleased. All staff, from the surgeon to the auxiliary staff, were unfailingly efficient, professional, approachable and kind. The surgeon, Paul Rhys Davies, explained the procedure clearly and without being patronising: I was included in the decision-making and was confident about the outcome. His easy manner and sense of humour did much to set me at my ease. From orderlies to nurses and anaesthetists, everyone seemed to take pleasure in working at New Hall and in caring for patients. My operation appears to have been very successful, and I look forward to meeting the staff again for follow-up appointments.

   I've just had nerve root steroid injections. A first class experience from arrival. Great instructions and communications, easy parking, a polite welcome with no waiting, shown to the room promptly and given clear instruction by the staff and consultant. All very professional and friendly, and spotlessly clean throughout. Later escorted back to our car. If only all hospitals were like this.

   My husband was due surgery at 14:30pm but unfortunately this got pushed back, I got frustrated as I hadn't heard anything at 17:30 spoke to receptionist who said he was out of theatre in recovery room. 18:35 the receptionist found out exactly what was going on due to frustration on my end and by 19:00 I was able to see him then we were able to go home! The only criticism I have is there was no where to get food or drink at the hospital and nearest shop was a good 10 minute drive and the communication wasn't the best! Otherwise the staff were lovely!

   I've had one procedure there and am scheduled for another one. Wouldn't consider going back except a consultant I rate highly works there. Appalling communications (starting with never answering the phone) and utterly chaotic administration of private patients. Extortionate pricing, don't handle disabled clients well (which is a shame/odd given they have a lot of spinal patients). Avoid if you can!

Thank you for all the doctors and nurses who took care of me to recover after the operation and after 5 years are very well and I no longer have any problems.    This is to express my appreciation of the outstanding service I have received as a patient at New Hall Hospital. I recently underwent back surgery under the care of Mr Nick Evans. Clearly Mr Evans is a hugely skilled surgeon. Additionally, he has great personal qualities of care, compassion, patience and empathy. He always listened carefully and attentively, took my concerns seriously and at no point did he try to rush me towards a decision. The same was true of the anesthetist working with Mr Evans. Moreover, these qualities of care, respect and compassion were shown by everyone I encountered during my stay at New Hall. I was always greeted by name and with a smile by nursing, physio and support staff – to the extent that the staff providing tea, coffee and sandwiches also took the trouble to ask how I was doing. Many thanks once again for the outstanding service you provide.

   Excellent, modern, private health care, medical staff friendly, smart, bright, airy, single on suite rooms with minimal, well kept furnishings, free view television in rooms, just a shame the room did not have a view of the beautiful grounds this hospital stands in or the country side around it. Waiting room large, comfortable seats and couches, television, hot drinks are available you make yourself ideal place for visitors to sit and enjoy a cuppa here there is a view of some of the hospitals beautiful grounds. Drs and consultants attentive, clear understandable. Total all round excellent place to be in Waiting times are minimal.
