I’ve been in today for my gallbladder removal and the staff in the day surgical in was amazing well done dr das and the team
Had an Xray here on 28th July everything went very efficiently nice staff etc was told 3-4 weeks for results to my GP which I thought was a bit excessive at the time. Now I find through my GP practise it's actually 6-8 weeks! My response may break the guidelines on abusive behaviour, so can someone tell me why you would bother to have a nice new facility with highly trained polite staff and let the results languish in someone's electronic pigeon hole for so long. Meanwhile the discomfort I am suffering goes untreated !
Such friendly efficient welcoming staff at this treatment centre. The way they move you from waiting area to examination, then the eye scans and pictures, then finally to the senior team is done so smoothly and without fuss is a credit to you all. Thanks today to Sam & Clare who looked after me
Attended the treatment centre on the26th of July for a delicate proceedure. The wonderful staff were extremely helpful and kind. I am particularly disabled and they helped me all the way. The NHS are always being slagged off because of poor funding but it works well at Burton. They made me fresh toast and helped me throughout. Thank you all.
Unsafe hospital separate me from my legal guardian which was quite distressing also had to wait 4 hours for a appointment and they're vending machine steal money which is frankly best part of the experience Which isn't saying much. That's sums up button hospital. You'll get money stolen from you and you won't get a service
Excellent service staff friendly and very friendly. Felt at ease with proceedier I was having. Looked after by staff very well.
My dad has just had a hip replacement here a couple of days ago (August 2021) he couldn't speak more highly of the centre or the staff! He's not one for hospitals as he's a typical old school rather be home but he really was settled here and was most comfortable. Thank you to all the Dr's nurses and consultants here on ward 801 ❤
Just spent 5 days in the New Orthopedic Treatment Centre, for a Hip replacement operation. First Class Specialists & Staff, the whole team were Brilliant. The Centre is exceptionally clean & very Covid compliant. Even the Food was top class. Far above any other facility I have been too !! Thanks Team x
The one star is for the care team and the treatment. The place is hard to find and rather expensive to park at. The vending machine is a total rip off for anyone waiting for an appointment. There never seems to be any staff about. The biggest problem is the cleanliness on a number of occasions seeing people sneezing and not being encouraged to use sanitizer to help prevent spread of infection.
