I have been having back massages and sports therapy for back maintenance for about 15 years, but never have I found one person that that does both aspects (therapy and the massage) I booked in with Lewis and I have found a wizard!
Lewis is brilliant, he really knows his stuff and always taylors my massage to what I need on the day.
Cannot recommend Lewis enough. Had my first session today for an ongoing shoulder problem and Lewis put me at ease straight away and is so knowledgeable. Can’t wait for my second session.
A friend recommended Lewis to me, when I was struggling with Achilles tendinopathy. He sorted that within a couple of sessions and (being in my 40s and trying to stay sporty) I've had a few other issues - back, neck... and Lewis is able to get to the root of the problem quickly, using a variety of techniques to sort me out. He sends exercises promptly and even chases me to make sure I'm doing them. Great service, respectful, friendly and supportive, and very reasonably priced. Excellent location too, with a car park just a minutes' walk away.
Great service and treatment. Lewis made me feel very comfortable and he was quick to identify the issue and effectively treat it. He used a range of techniques within one session and followed up with exercises for me to do from home. There was no pressure to book a block of appointments and clearly wanted to help and treat. Will recommend and visit again.
I started treatment with Lewis some time ago as I suffered with neck and back issues, typical symptoms of a desk job! The pain builds up and leads to migraines which are horrendous. I'm pleased to say that by having regular sessions with Lewis, the migranes have gone and my range of movement is so much better. Lewis is great and works with you to establish the issues and a treatment plan moving forward that suits you as an individual. Would not hesistate to recommend First Choice Therapy!
I went to see Lewis at first choice therapy after reoccurring hip and piriformis pain from running. Lewis prescribed at home strength training combined with massages/manipulation and really helped me to gain an understanding as to how to get back to running and stay injury free! I will be using Lewis and his team for sports massages and advice moving forward! Highly recommended
I have a sports massage regularly at first choice therapy with Lewis as I believe it is a good way to keep my body working at an optimal level. Having lapsed a few weeks due to the children's summer holidays I was in desperate need of a massage! I booked in with Matt ( the new guy ) and I was not disappointed... Within half an hour I felt so much better, he had massaged all my pain and stress away ( which was the cause of my recent headaches and lack of sleep).
