   My recent experience at the surgery was extremely disappointing. Dr D Singh behaved in a manner that I found unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of listening to our concerns, he laughed at us and spoke in a dismissive way, even accusing me of “ordering him about” when I was trying to support my mother during her appointment. He also rushed me into signing a document on my mother’s behalf. While I was trying to read it properly he repeatedly pressured me by saying “sign it then, go on”, which made the situation feel very uncomfortable, especially since my mum does not speak English. Based on this experience I genuinely believe that his conduct raises ethical concerns. In my opinion his behaviour does not reflect the professionalism expected of a medical practitioner and I feel it should be reviewed by the GMC so that no other patients have an experience like we did. I would not recommend this clinic based on the treatment we received.

   As patients, we trust that our concerns will be listened to and taken seriously. Unfortunately, my mother left the surgery feeling not only physically unwell, but also mentally upset by the way she was spoken to. This is not the standard of care we expect from an NHS professional. I am also deeply concerned that by repeatedly failing to investigate patients’ symptoms properly, Dr.Ranveer Singh is not making appropriate use of NHS resources. This behaviour gives the impression that he is misusing the NHS system rather than serving patients, which is unfair both to those seeking care and to the NHS itself.

   I very happy but the problem is small. I want to book need to morning time book before I have two days before can book. I don’t know why like this new system is very difficult. Can make a good choice for customer thank you.

   I recently visited on 27th aug 2024 fortunately NHS CARELESS THEY allotted my registered GP is in wembley i never been in that address which allotted as my GP. So, finally i visited This peartree centre And i saw there is two women are in the reception . I ask them to please registar here even they not ready to speak with me They think they are working without wages PLEASE IF YOU HAVE OTHER OPTION IGNORE SUCH A THIRD RATED RECEPTIONIST NHS sucks my money £300 per month National insurance and £1035 yearly NHS fee For this Death vallley I WILL RATE THIS MEDICAL CENTRE BELOW "0" LEVEL BUT THERE IS NO NUMBER BELOW 1

   Mr singh told me that i just had an allergy but i had tumor in my eye. He didn’t even tell me go to emergency or eye casualty. I got to now about this so many months later and i am devastated and right now i am in a situation where i can’t make the best decision. Worst experience Of my life.

   Very useless GP Surgery. Every time you call them and after waiting half an hour someone rude will pick up your phone and say we are fully booked. Call us tomorrow. And their tomorrow never come. What a joke

   The worst medical surgery in derby my biggest mistake ever Dr's have no idea how to treat they think we are animals just give them a paracetamol for every think, I am struggling 3 years with my tonsils and they saying this most happens 7 time a year to remove them .

   I’ve been chasing my medicine since one week and nothing been sent out to pharmacy spoke to GP on Monday she said you can collect after 4 pm today made trip to pharmacy no rang back spoke to female staff they said we will do it not you can collect tomorrow. Again went there no medication and same story repeated. Shameful service they need to take things more seriously.

   Prior to Covid it was never an issue getting through to the doctor but recently as they only doing virtual appointments it's been difficult to get through. I really would appreciate if they offered face to face appointments soon, apart from that the Doctors and Nurses are good but Dr Joseph is an amazing Doctor who makes you feel at ease and will resolve what ever the issue you've come in with.
