Very welcoming. Appointment time was kept to but not rushed, I was given time to ask any questions.. I was not pressurised into buying new glasses as my prescription was virtually the same as before. Good experience.
Delayed in reception, however actual interview was very efficient and considerate. Waiting time for eye testing was palatable and optician was excellent throughout. He explained fully each step with accuracy and consideration ensuring full understanding. Will definitely return for future testing as required
The welcome was fine also the main eye test was also good. When I had the last test I said twice that previously my eyelids were taped up as they droop a little. Both requests were ignored. After the test I was told that my right eye was not as good as the last time I was tested and was reported to my gp and hospital. I think that the tester should listen to the patient and not ignore them, disappointing !!!
Excellent professional service from start to finish whilst having my eye test. The support staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Julia the Opthalmic professional has been at the store for many years and her expertise in determining your eyesight needs are extremely appreciated.

The staff at the Fareham branch are amazing, I took my glasses back twice due to them being wrong for my eyes, I was advised to try verifocals and they are brilliant. They are very knowledgeable and nothing was to much trouble.
This particular store should be the one that all other opticians are measured by. Kevin, and his team have, simply stunning customer service skills. We have used this store for many years and today’s experience has prompted me to write this review. It must be the best, certainly the best that I have experienced. I have never been pressured to buy and every option to purchase is fully explained. The best.
East to get to. Easy access. Clean, friendly and welcoming. Thorough eye test - they were both very efficient and competent. Everything was explained in detail without talking down to me or over my head. The best and most reassuring face to face consultation ever.
