   ‏Hi miss ‏The next time the female doctor is in is on Tuesday 18th November. Please ring at 8am for a same day appointment ‏Many thanks, ‏The Brook Medical Centre That what they told us and texted us two weeks ago. We rang them before 8am and after two weeks waiting! After 30 minutes waiting on line, she told all appointments taken, we have not got any left . She was kind of very aggressive and disrespectful. I tried to explain her that is the text the GP text us . Because it’s a bit urgent and we need to see a doctor but unfortunately she didn’t want to help at all … very disappointed

   Best doctors surgery since I was a child. Vernon Street & The Lanes surgery almost killed me, this place is helping me recover. Treated like a human. Phones are answered within seconds outside of the 8am rush. THEY call YOU about things rather than ignoring you when you chase things. It is a breath of fresh air, and I truly believe that moving from Vernon Street to Brook Medical has added years to me life.

   If you're happy being mugged off with anti depressants regardless of what your condition is, go there. If you want a doctor to explain the right to choose pathway and get actual help, register elsewhere. They are plain negligent. They forgot to send prescriptions to chemist or sent wrong dose. Alsorts lost in translation and therefore got prescribed things I shouldn't take in my profession. Avoid at all costs!

   Majority of Receptionists are rude, the doctors too. Felt like i had to educate the doctor about my own gender identity, which is fine, but the way it was handled was not. it was very judgemental and skeptical on the Dr.s end.

   Have been with this surgery for about a year and have had absolutely no issues. Receptionists are always lovely when I speak to them on the phone and really helpful. I've had one appointment I was incredible anxious about with a Nurse and she was so kind and supportive. Today I saw Dr Devagiri I believe who is the first person in many years who has taken my knee pain seriously and I feel like I've finally been listened to. Really do recommend.

   I want to update my previous 1 star review. Over the last 6 months or so this surgery has improved dramatically. I am not sure if the receptionists are new or not but they are very pleasant now and helpful. I am happy to change my review following my recent few visits in the last few months. And as I said in my previous review Dr Devagiri is an excellent doctor. Very helpful and does everything possible to get you on the mend. I am giving 4 stars because it’s still awkward to get appointments sometimes. But still would still recommend this surgery.

   I've been with this practice for over 5 year and only have good things to say about the team. The receptionists are polite and go out of their way to help and the clinicians (all the doctors, nurses and midwives I've seen) are knowledgeable, empathetic and try to do their best for you. I've never had trouble getting an appointment and the practice have even managed to squeeze my unwell toddler in for an assessment when needed on one or two occasions in the past when they were full. I'm grateful to the practice for the fantastic service they provide and usually recommend them to all my family and friends.

   I'm also surprised at the bad reviews. I've been with this practice for over 5 years and have a long term condition. I've always found the drs brilliant and always comment to people about how helpful the receptionists are. They always go out of their way to communicate and help me out if I have a problem. I've never experienced any of them being rude. I've also been under this practice for 2 pregnancies and only ever had good care.

   Me and the wife have been using brook medical center for the last 10 years. The best doctors we have ever had. From the helpful receptionists to the doctor's themselves. Through these trying time they have been more than accomadating. Doctor Devagiri is second to none. From the bad reviews I have seen our experience is totally different. Might be something to do with people's attitudes. Martin & Gail Hawksworth.
