Had an amazing experience at Hilton TECA from check‑in to checkout. Every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, and we also dined in the restaurant one evening — highly recommended. The leisure facilities were top‑notch and a great way to unwind. Overall, a fantastic stay and we’ll definitely be back.

I stayed at Hilton Aberdeen during the holiday season and had a fantastic experience. Check-in was quick and easy, and the hotel was spotless — everything felt super clean and well looked after. I also really appreciated the wide variety of teas and snacks available. Breakfast was very nice, with great quality and options, and the staff consistently made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We also had access to the Executive Lounge, and honestly, it’s one of the best I’ve been to. I truly think we made the best choice choosing Hilton! Special thanks to Kevin and the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable.

Hotel is slowly becoming my second home! Very good rooms, really nice breakfast. The coffee is AWFUL at breakfast though and really needs to be fixed! The restaurant is great. But would appreciate a more varied menu! The staff are awesome especially Shane. Eve and Tayo were also good!

We recently stayed at the Hilton Teca during a trip to Aberdeen to visit family. A few days prior to arriving, I received an email letting me know that we had received a complimentary room upgrade which was a pleasant unexpected surprise. On arrival, we were given such a warm welcome from the reception team members Victoria and Maria. We were told that our upgrade also included access to the exec lounge, although we were not able to use this during this trip. Our room (416) was large and clean and the giant bed was super comfortable, the view did look out on to a main road, but it was incredibly quiet, so you wouldn't even know. Each night of our stay we'd head to the bar for a night cap, all the restaurant/bar staff we met were super friendly and helpful, particularly Shane and Eilidh who took great care of us over the 3 days we stayed. Breakfast was well stocked and varied, although more vegan options would always be appreciated. The gym and spa were clean and a great space to relax. We will definitely stayed here again.

My wife and I were going to see Jimmy Carr at the TECA and thought wouldn't it be great if we stayed over at the hotel next door for the convenience of not having to travel to and from the event. We thought we'd be able to have some food and a few drinks before the gig and maybe a few relaxing drinks after. That was the expectation anyway, and a perfectly reasonable one to have. However, as well as having guests for the Jimmy Carr event, the hotel was also host to a corporate event that evening and it was clear from the very start who the staff were prioritising. On arrival we tried to book a table for food but nothing was available until much later, so we headed down early evening for a few drinks anyway. Both my wife and I spent half an hour standing at the bar and got completely ignored and ended up leaving through frustration. There were about 8 different staff flitting about the very cramped space behind the bar but only 1 or 2 seemed to be actually serving. After about 20 minutes, 6 or 7 nicely dressed ladies came and stood next to me and we're served instantly by one of the staff ignoring my pleas to be served. I realised then that these ladies were corporate clients and the majority of the staff were serving them and ignoring us 'regular' clients. The same rule applied later in the evening so we retired early to our room and watched some telly, which I can do at home any time. The rooms were nice enough, but none of the USB sockets worked. The reception staff were pleasant but seemed disinterested in our views of poor bar service. When you work hard all week and are looking forward to a nice little break for an evening, and spend that little bit extra to make your evening special, it's disappointing that the hotel clearly favours certain clientele over others and provides a better service to them. Perhaps they just don't have the staff to cater for both a corporate event and a gig, but from what I saw in my boring, sober half an hour stood at the bar, the staff seemed to be running about like headless chickens, with some of them not being able to find the right drinks, etc., and another just seemed to be moving items from one of the bar to the other, then back again in an effort to look busy but avoid actually serving us. The one lady I saw who was actually serving us regular Joe's, was clearly working very hard to try and get to all the customers but she was swamped with no support from her colleagues or managers. I think I'll just get a taxi home next time.

Hotel itself is really nice and clean but the fish and chips was a disaster fish overcooked chips dry and no seasoning a table spoon of peas with hardly any fish and for £19 I expected a little more than that mostly batter. Not one member of staff ask if my meal was ok. And when they did take my plate didn’t ask if everything was okay with the meal. Had to tell them that was a very poor meal. All I got was thank you very much.

We hav stayed in a few Hiltons and have no real complaints at all, especially as some large chains in any setting can lose the personal touch. This hotel is big and modern, but in every case the staff were excellent. Receptionists were professional and polite, nothing was too much trouble. The meal service for both breakfast and evening meal, again, the staff were very good. I can only remember one name, our waitress on one evening, Lexi, was charming and efficient, but so to were all the others. Our room was a King Executive, so lots of space and a bed that could sleep 4!! The room was a good temperature and was controlled by the air con. there are no opening windows, that I could see. The bed was comfy the bathroom a good size with a large shower big enough for the 4 people sharing the bed!!! Tea and coffee making facilities had the added facility of a coffee pod machine as well as the usual instant sachets of Kenco and various teas. I feel unable to give 5 stars for a couple of reasons, nothing too major, just a point to note. Firstly the room service menu is lacking. Sandwiches with 3 types of filling and pizzas and that's all. The sandwiches seem to be made with sliced bread, I was a little surprised the bread wasn't a little more up market. The other little niggle was that the dining area maybe a bit small. You can expect to queue at busy times. It wasn't a big issue and didn't detract from a very pleasant stay. The hotel is a little out of the way but there's a very regular bus service able to get you to the airport and the 25 minutes into Aberdeen. Our visit was for an event at the P&J Arena literally next door and attached to the hotel. Overall a very pleasant stay and would be more than happy to use this hotel again.

I stayed four nights (five days) for a business conference and I was comfortable for my stay. The room was clean and the right size. Obviously, being attached to the P&J Live Center was extremely convenient (even if the indoor walkway between the Center and the hotel was closed). The staff was *really* accommodating for my request to check in early as my arrival into Aberdeen was hours prior to check in. The restaurant was beyond expectations for a hotel restaurant! I ate dinner there two nights, and had breakfast there each morning. Very good food. The location for the Center and the airport was great. But it was a 15 minute taxi driver to downtime Aberdeen. We didn't have much time to go there anyway, so it wasn't a problem for my coworkers and I. But if you want to go to downtown often, it won't be as convenient. I wish I had time to spend at the pool and sauna! I didn't even bring a bathing suit, so that was my bad. My only two "complaints" - the half door in the shower isn't sufficient to keep water in. The environments controls did not work properly and my room was too warm and nothing I could do would change the temperature. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff are just absolutely brilliant. So helpful and always smiling. Room was spotless. Food was delicious. Loved your pool. Really looking forward to coming back in a couple of weeks.

Great position, walking distance from the airport but there is a bus direct too. Attached to the TECA and has an executive lounge. Plenty of rooms and the gym was nice, with modern equipment and very clean. Didn't manage to test out the pool. Only had breakfast, which was nice and comfortable, not too busy. Ample parking with a surface car park and also an underground one.
