Booked for a free flu vaccination that I am entitled to as I have epilepsy. Sat with the pharmacist for 20 mins whilst she humiliated me because apparently epilepsy is not a severe enough neurological problem for them and isn't specified on their list. Asked if I could show her if I was entitled by accessing my NHS messages (In case I was lying)? But there is no phone reception in that room. After she spoke to someone on the phone who also said no, I walked out before I said something I might regret. Called the local surgery who said it's ridiculous as it's clearly stated by the NHS as a free vaccine condition and maybe Boots can explain how epilepsy is not a serious neurological condition. Have booked with another pharmacy in Yateley that has no issues with this. I think Boots need a big rethink about how they decide eligibility and train their staff accordingly.

As many others have said, the customer service is well below par. Customers are left waiting without any acknowledgement. I get they are busy, but β€œI’ll be with you soon” is all that is required. There is an amazing independent pharmacy in Yateley where nothing is too much trouble. I know where I’ll be going in future!

Worse than hopeless, have let us down on numerous occasions. I used to have my prescriptions sent directly to Boots but have switched now to the independent chemist in Yateley who is professional and helpful. Strongly advise if you need prescriptions filled in a timely and efficient manner you avoid this hellhole. .

I wouldn't rate this pharmacy at all. The staff are very rude and discriminative against people with disabilities. I came in a few times to try and pick up my medication a few times told they were on batch not sure if they were ready and I should know if I have any left at home. No regards or understanding of people with learning disabilities what's so ever. The staff are extremely rude and should not be working with vulnerable people should be looked into .

Honestly the rudest and most unhelpful Boots that I’ve ever been in! It makes you wonder why some people go into a customer service role when they clearly have very little warmth or caring personality. No acknowledgement to customers waiting (ignored), a constant sour face, blunt, rude, unhelpful - a very unpleasant experience!

Absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable pharmacist. Disappointed with some info given by one member staff on occasion, otherwise lovely staff.

The female staff in this shop are very rude indeed, no manners or experience in how to deal with customers in a courteous manner. If any of their customers were this rude I am sure they would be asked to leave the shop. I have advised head office customer care department and hope they pay an undercover visit to sample the rudeness!

I was told off here as I went to the side of the in a tended counter to get a product and was told I wasn't allowed to do that I had to wait for a staff member they made me feel small they need bigger counters then. No need to be told off for petty things like that.

I needed help and asked an assistant. She then became my personal shopper and helped me with advice and tried samples on me. I came out on a high and was a very happy shopper.
