Took my niece in to have piercings done for the first time. The lady there was really helpful and made her feel at ease! Can’t remember her name, Irish lady. Will be recommending.
The last 2 times I have been to collect a prescription at 9am I have been told the pharmacist is late turning up again. A total waste of my time and have to return later on to pick up medication. I'm going to change chemists. If you open at 9am you should be ready to offer all your services. Avoid this one whatever you do....
I've recently moved to the area, so popped in for some essentials. It was lovely to see such a nice bright place! There was a lovely Irish lady who took the time to chat with me about what I was buying. Very welcoming, will be back!
Dear Lloyds Pharmacy Customer Service, I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent experiences at your Lloyds Pharmacy branch in Crowthorne. I appreciate the opportunity to share my thoughts and suggestions in order to help improve the quality of service provided to customers. While visiting your pharmacy, I have encountered instances where some staff members were uncooperative and, at times, even rude. This type of behavior does not align with the level of professionalism and courtesy that I expect from a reputable pharmacy. Additionally, when I needed emergency prescriptions, I faced challenges as they were not readily accepted, and I was informed that payment was required. I believe it is crucial to establish a standard level of service across all branches to ensure consistent and positive customer experiences.
Great & knowledgable staff. Regular pharmacist is amazing. Very friendly pharmacy.
Doesn't rate any stars, inability to answer phone, try it!! Can't get prescriptions yet other branches of Lloyds can. Worse it to promise delivery then shrug when not received.
Was told to contact 111 to get my emergency prescription do I did only to then call back and be tod their 111 system doesn't work so go elsewhere. No indication as to when it will get fixed or how they can help. Avoid this pharmacy if you need help.
This is a well run and customer focused pharmacy. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and always prepared to go the extra mile. The pharmacy offers plenty of choice for toiletries and other items that chemist's normally stock. The pharmacist is always on hand to answer questions, oversees and ensures that everything is running smoothly.
