   Racist staff I’ve never experienced this at a pharmacy before, and I understand pronouncing names can be hard, but it’s your job to. Even if you can’t just try. Had a horrible experience leaving me embarrassed and unwelcome. One of the ladies working at the back mentioned another patient name, and then she mentioned my prescription and referred to me as ‘whatever her name is’. Honestly how ignorant can your staff be?! Seems to me you need to train your staff so they know how to treat others respectfully. Because it was so disrespectful.

   Nightmare.. takes ages to sort prescriptions.. never answer the phone.. . I get my prescriptions delivered. They are always late.. some times take a week to arrive to the point where at times I go and get them..
