   I ordered from this company for 24 hour delivery. Can’t raise them on the phone ( tried yesterday) the order was for £187 including 24 hour delivery. They now want my passport and are asking questions I answered before. If I don’t here anything today I am going to contact action fraud and my bank.

   Never Ever Ever use this company. The service is diabolical and they cannot be trusted. They will take your money even if they cannot help you, promise a refund and it never arrives. Please go anywhere else but to this company. They are a bunch of scammers. The telephne is never picked up and the general operation should be closed down.

   Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before placing an order. As per everyone else, my items never arrived!! Called and was told that my order would have to be cancelled. Don't waste your time or money, I'm sure it's a scam!!!!

   Didn’t want to have to leave a one star review. However I cannot contact this company, phone number just rings out & emails are being ignored. It’s a shame because I’m usually quite patient & would have understood receiving a late response, however I’ve had none at all. I’m concerned this company could possibly be a scam, I hope not. Note; Happy to edit review if my order is fulfilled & my emails answered.

   NEVER NEVER ORDER HERE I have order yesterday i send you all the document but you never answer me.. i leave you a lot of mail but nothing... there is juste whrite confirm you postal code..... and i already spent 75£ on this website

   Orded over a weekeago through there other chemist online ''daily chemist' paid for 48hr delivery last monday still received nothing and royal mail have said im to contact the pharmacy but you never pick your phone up will change the review if my item turns up but until then avoid at alll costs scammers

   Thanks, ordered some of the medicines from them. They were great. Will be buying again definitely. They have an amazing team and I just want to thank them for all the help they provided me. Additionally, they had an offer on which made my medicines pretty much the cheapest I have ever bought them. I can't thank you enough. Great guys.

   Never had such bad and arrogant service, ordered 7:30am and paid for next day delivery, order went through. Heard nothing more then at 3:30pm they said they needed a copy of my driving licence, which I sent them, then they said it won't arrive for 2 days but I still had to pay for next day service! Arrogantly gave me the option to downgrade to ordinary delivery and wait 4 days. I politely asked them to upgrade to their same day delivery option and they unilaterally cancelled the order! Use any other online pharmacy but this one. UPDATE: the owner's potentially libellous response below is also untrue - 1) they never refused to deliver the item because 'I might abuse it' this is nonsense, they actually offered to deliver it 3 days late (whilst still wanting to charge me for next day delivery) 2) yes they do offer a same day service to my area - they didn't use it because they normally charge £29 for it, not because I am outside the postcode area (London). They are Bracknell and I am West London. 3) dealing with my complaint - they said they would reply in 7 days, I heard nothing . I chased after 20 days and they claimed they had sent a response, frankly I don't believe them. The response they finally sent ignored the substance of my complaint.
