   Last night Pharmacist helped me with emergency supply of my repeat prescription medication when others couldn't or did not want to. He was very helpful and even guided me how to get a refferal. Shame to think company is changing.

   Lied to my face!! The lady at the desk outright lied to my face and stated that they do not take my prescription at their pharmacy, despite me having an email from my doctor stating that all Lloyds pharmacies will have them. The lady was rude, cold and unhelpful, saying, “No” when I asked if she could double check. I am never going here again. I went to Morrisons and had helpful service! Avoid this pharmacy!!

   Turned up at this pharmacy around 8.45pm after having been at A&E for a prescription for some antiobitcs, the pharmacist on duty RAVINDER MALL happened to be at the counter. He glanced at the prescription in my hand and told me to go to Asda or Rose Street Pharmacy. I heard him saying the same to the person in front of me too. I was clearly in pain and very unwell but this man showed ZERO COMPASSION. An absolutely shocking person to call himself a pharmacist. He couldn't be bothered to fulfil my prescription as he seemed like he was in a hurry to go home, to the point he was willing to send me running around at night to the competitors of Lloyds Pharmacy. This is the 4th or 5th time I have had to use this pharmacy, whether it was for prescriptions or for my flu jab last year. None of which were fulfilled. About time Lloyds Pharmacy review the performance of this person!!

   Said they opened at 8 so wanted to run in to grab my sons prescription before taking him to nursery. Waited half hour and still not open. Spoke to a member of Sainsbury staff and she said the pharmacist will just turn up whenever they like. Wasted my journey and time. Change your opening times if your staff can't be bothered to be on time

   I had booked flu jabs for my wife and I online but had no electronic confirmation of this. I called the Winnersh branch to request confirmation, the lady I spoke to said "you cannot book by the phone" showing that she had not listened. I then restated that I was just trying to confirm my booking. She took my name and appointment date , disappeared for a while to ask a colleague. When she returned she said she couldn't do it and I needed to call back in a few days. Today I received an email saying my appointment was cancelled! Despite being open until 9pm I have tried many times to call and no one is picking up the phone. I am dismayed by the very evident lack of training and competence shown by this branch. I think I have had a lucky escape, at least they are no longer putting a needle in my arm!

   Awful. Last year booked a flu vaccine, turned up and they told me they don't even have a pharmacist that day, made me feel like I was stupid and it was my fault! When I finally got an appointment staff and pharmacist were rude and unfriendly. Not sure why I booked this year, I think just as I got an email and it was easy. Got an automated 'your appointment has been cancelled email'. No apology, no explanation, just very rude. Disgusting service. Will never use again. Went into Morrisons and booked appointment with friendly staff for the next day, amazing how different the service can be!

   Very poorly managed Pharmacy. twice now my flu jab apt cancelled. this second time i waited at the counter until 10 mins past my apt time while the staff member sat at her desk. I was then told the pharmacist was off sick and the replacement would be a few hours. This then prompted her to check how many vaccines they had which was only 5, i asked what time i should come back and was told i nedeed to rebook online. I asked why they are accepteing bookings and not managing the supply of vaccines to fulfil the bookings and she blamed current corona times but its simple management to check how many you have and how many bookings you have. I booked this over a week ago so the vaccine for my apt should have been there ready or i be informed beforehand not to come. I'll go elsewhere now
