First time visiting for a private COVID vaccination - online booking system was very straightforward. I emailed the pharmacy in advance to provide an invoice with details of the treatment and this was ready upon arrival. The practitioner was very friendly and professional. I'm very impressed with the service and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
I needed to pick up an urgent prescription and was running late and destined to arrive a few minutes after closing. I called ahead to see if they could help and they not only waited for me, they had the prescription ready for me when I arrived. I couldn’t thank them enough. Excellent customer service is alive and kicking at Binfield Pharmacy.
First Class service that obviated the need to trouble the oversubscribed Surgery, and spend frustrating waits for a Doctor's appointment. The pharmacist was sympathetic and professional in diagnosing and prescribing for my needs. Brilliant.
My husband & I were extremely impressed by the care, patience and professionalism Mahesh provided when we popped in last week to understand how the diabetic arm sensor worked. Pharmacy is very clean, the team are friendly, welcoming and ample parking Would highly recommend!!
Probably best not to have your prescription sent here. They are quite regularly "Temporarily Closed" and don't bother to update on Google when it happens. I've had multiple wasted trips because of this, so decided to post this review for others to note.
Awful. Staff denied receiving prescription, then claimed it arrived a couple of days ago. They'd had it 10 days, just hadn't looked on correct system. The new Lloyds Direct at its worst.
Robert has left along with other staff and it is an absolute nightmare. The new/temporary staff are trying their best but it's certainly a place to avoid at the moment. Feel sorry for the elderly having to wait ages whilst the queue is out the door.
Robert has left to work at a Hospital Pharmacy. He is sadly missed. We have been a couple of times and had to queue or wait much longer. There seems to be a problem finding completed prescriptions. It is taking much longer to order non stock items so told to come back next day.
Robert the manager and all the other lovely people that work at Lloyds Binfield have a great service to offer. A great set of people helping to run and great store. Well done everyone.
