   This pharmacy is just uasless shop been served wating for. medication 5 minutes wait he said 40 minutes i had to wait i found out my medication was ready ages ago he just couldn't be bothered to inform me just plan and simple uasless

   Dreadful. Waited 15 minutes in line with my toddler all for them not to have my prescription in stock. No way of checking before hand if they had it as when tried to call no one picked up or they blocked the call and hung up!!

   This pharmacy seriously needs sorting out. Medication for my 6 year old out of stock so ordered yesterday with a promise from them to call me to notify of delivery the following day. Obviously no call received and they’re generally uncontactable by phone. On visiting the pharmacy this evening, it transpires the medication had never arrived (no communication and no explanation given - just told ‘sorry it’s not come’). So my 6 year old must now go at least 2 days without prescribed medication for a chest infection. I can’t even take the prescription to another pharmacy due to silly NHS bureaucracy. I have to agree with other posters - the queue is always miles long and there seem to be a huge number of staff ‘behind the scenes’ not doing a lot!

   Extremely efficient and they answer their phone. I left Lloyds in Sainsburys for boots harmans water and I’m now using Tesco’s. Their opening hours are extremely helpful too.

   Always very slow. Queue is always really long. You get a text to say your prescription is ready to collect. Yet every time you go to collect it’s not ready!

   the dentist prescribed me 500mg amoxicilin tablets. the pharmacy gave me capsules. i cannot swallowed capsules, but i can crush tablets. i called the dentist but she confirmed she had prescribed tablets and asked me to go again to the pharmacy for tablets. i went back to the pharmacy and the shop assistant told me the manufacturer doesnt produce tablets for 500 mg and asked me to contact the dentist and asked her for a new prescribtion for liquid. so i went back to the dentist and she gave me a new prescribtion for liquid. i went back to the pharmacy with the new prescription, again waiting in the queaue, but the shop assistnat told me, they dont have the liquid...so i had to go to another pharmacy. so the pharmacy wasted my time and diesel. and i checked the net and there are really no tablets for 500 mg.

   Phoned ahead to see if they had my prescription item in stock and phone was answered quickly and the lady I spoke to was very helpful and kept the items aside ready for me to come in with my prescription. When I came into the store all the staff were friendly and helpful.
