Very personable, likeable and reassuring, she explained everything really well.whilst I was seen in a lovely, lovely clean and comfortable tratment room. I can't recommend her highly enough.    I visited Kerry for a consultation regarding Botox for my crows feet and forehead lines. During the consultation, Kerry was informative, extremely knowledgeable about her products and the facial anatomy; this put me an eas instantly. Kerry was warm, friendly and extremely professional, and was not forceful in her approach; which was wonderful. As time permitted, Kerry conducted my requested procedures there-and-then; this was fantastic. As this my first Botox procedure I was a little nervous; Kerry numbed the areas, took her time and explained what she was doing. This was marvellous and not painful at all, so thank you! Highly recommend Kerry! I will be a customer for life! Five stars are not enough, more are needed.
