   Popped in to visit relatives staying there. Looked a lovely place, they loved it. Very nice indeed. Update: second time visiting this time we stayed the night, lovely rooms, good shower. All facilities are excellent.

   Convenient, clean and large with very helpful owners. Great size room and shower room ensuite with access to a kitchen and garden. Downstairs floor is the rental and the owners live on the upper floor separately. We have stayed and recommended it onto my parents who have stayed aswell. We will be returning.

   I live locally but have booked Landfall B&B a couple of times recently for family staying. This is located a couple of minutes walk from the center of Hamble Village which has a number of pubs, restaurants and marinas. The B&B itself is very well managed with Andy and Erica being very welcoming and accommodating. The standard booking options are 2 x ensuite double rooms. However, we booked the whole of the ground floor which provided an extra room with the sofa in the lounge being converted into a double bed. This then had the bathroom opposite for their sole use. All rooms were immaculately clean and very comfortable. There is use of a kitchen and plenty of breakfast drinks (tea, coffee, juice) and snacks are provided as part of the booking. There is the opportunity to use the kitchen and everything needed is provided but my family didn't use this. There is plenty of off-street parking and also access to a rear garden to sit out in. I would recommend Landfall as a very comfortable place to stay with all the facilitates you would need. It is a very good location and Andy and Erica couldn't do more to meet our needs.

   I was booked into the Landfall for one night by my work. I turned up to a clean and modern looking place, more than ample parking and was greeted by the proprietor, very friendly and helpful. He showed me the fully inclusive kitchen and dining room, with everything I could need. A stocked refrigerator and snack bar, mainly for breakfast but would serve to save your hunger or need for a good coffee anytime. A huge living room with TV and couches to recline on, hamdy especially if travelling with a little person. My room was light, clean, airy and beautiful. The bed was insanely comfortable with crisp fluffy bed linen and very comfy pillows. A desk with very modern fan and wifi connectivity allows for work to be done and an ensuite bathroom with shower big enough for 3! Such a comfortable environment in a gorgeous part of the country. I woke the next morning and was disappointed I had to leave because I was so settled after one evening. Many Thanks for the delicious fruit salad breakfast and French pastries. Hope to see you again soon!

   Stayed with friends as it was close to Peppa Pig World. Great accommodation with easily enough space for my family of four and a friends family of three with a bedroom leftover. Host was friendly, communicative had all the necessary mod cons available for use. Definitely recommend!
