   Bought something yesterday and couldn’t be given a receipt because no ‘till roll has been ordered’ then what I purchased proved to be faulty (which I demonstrated to the colleague behind the till) he first told me there was nothing he could do because it’s a medicine and when I explained it had a demonstrable fault (wouldn’t stick) he then said he couldn’t make any decisions as his manager wasn’t in! Used to be such a good pharmacy- now doesn’t seem to know it’s up from down… I’ve had to take my business across the road.

   It was a Sunday night, straight from A&E looking for an open pharmacy. I called ahead and they kindly confirmed they had my medicine in stock. I arrived, with a 3 month baby who needed feeding. I sat and fed her and was waiting for my taxi. It had gone 20.00 when they close but kindly let me wait inside. Such great service! Thank you!

   My husband and I had our rabies vaccinations at this pharmacy (a full course of 3 doses). The whole process was smooth and very professional from start to finish. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly at each appointment. The injections were done gently and were virtually painless. We felt well looked after and completely at ease. We would definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for a reliable and professional place for vaccinations.

   I use western elms now, none of the problems mentioned here. Reading comments same pattern. They deny all allegations everytime in a very rude way. How can that many people be wrong with the same issues? Also note positive reviews are not usually prescription related. The wait times and queues are unacceptable and it all due to lack of process, ego and a power imbalance. They are the gatekeeper to your medicine, do as you're told! Reading the reviews I can see multiple complaints about the same toxic individual ruining the hard earnt reputation of the great team. When the manager is not there staff do whatever they please especially the young Asian lady wearing glasses. She is very rude and rarely nice, I get anxiety when I see her. She walked out mid service when I was at the front of the queue after waiting 25 minutes to be served whilst she answered the same pointless questions by a selfish customer that her colleague just answered to the same time wasting customer and when I challenged them why they devoted so much time to speak about the prescription to that man over and over they said 'I know but we don't have a choice'. I said you do have a choice and that's the skill of customer management. The young lady cannot handle the pressure of being on the front desk and work in a calm environment like this.

   Needed last min medication on a Sunday night and this pharmacy was the closest but least far away (still a half hour journey for me) Managed to call them before hand to see if they had the medication in stock! Spoke to a lovely pharmacist. Got there 10 mins before closing! Great service.

   I have had nothing but amazing service from everyone here. At the beginning of this year I was going through an awful time with kidney failure, then being on haemodialysis and having a kidney transplant and throughout the whole process they have always been so kind, helpful and patient. They always have my medication in on time and have delivered too when I have needed it on occasion, the shop area is very well stocked too and was the only place I could find some of the things I needed for a tunnelled central line. They are open late at night also and have always picked up the phone when I’ve rung them. This is genuinely the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. I get my medication from my transplant unit now and can honestly say I miss using this pharmacy. Thank you so much everyone!
