   Lovely helpful staff and location across from Drs. Surgery. Transitioning from previous corporate ownership and hence stock and shelves a bit low but friendly and helpful staff make up for the occasional revisits after stock outs.

   All I will say is that I now use Day Lewis in Twyford. I finally gave up on this place for all of the reasons in their other one star reviews. Day Lewis are great: friendly, helpful staff, text you when your prescription is ready, so no wasted journeys, staff always friendly, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. So very different to Lloyds in Wargrave!! Don't suffer for no reason, other great pharmacies are available.

   Truly the worst pharmacy experience ever! Don't waste your time bothering with this place, the staff can't be bothered with you and that's if the place is open. There is no rhyme or reason to their opening hours, they open and close whenever they feel like it. On occasions I've been in to collect medication and they're without a pharmacist (but they did leave a note on the door), so sorry not today! Latest excuse for not being able to collect medication is they're experiencing tech issues, but a note was on the door advising! Losing prescriptions is another classic excuse and that is ALWAYS blamed on the GP's surgery - dash over the road to the surgery and you are advised it was sent days ago to the pharmacy! What is wrong with this place? Not once in 4 years of knowing this pharmacy has collecting medication been a smooth process, not once! Personally, I've opted to use an alternative pharmacy and they are truly magnificent, I only use this ridiculous place to collect medication for another. This latest fiasco with Lloyds Pharmacy has finished/broken me, I can't take it anymore, I cannot handle that level of incomptency any longer.

   I had a pre-booked appointment for a flu jab at 11:15. I turn up early, wait around only to find out that they've run out of vaccines and could I return later on today. No prior contact, etc.
