   Second time staying, faultless once again. Can not recommend this place enough. Clean, up to date rooms. Comfy beds. Clean and tidy bathroom. Perfect location. We had the squirrel family room. Perfect for the three of us. Great job guys

   Stayed here last night. 11/10/2025 and i can not fault the place. Lovely room. Clean, tidy, modern. Comfy bed. Clean and up to date en suite. Ideal location if you are looking to visit the new forest or surrounding areas. 10/10 from me.

   Fantastic B & B, Cathy and Ian were lovely hosts. Amazing value for money. Breakfast was excellent, fresh, hot and fast every day. Lovely choice of breakfast options. Room was very good. Fantastic facilities in room and extremely clean. Loads of parking round the back made for a stress free experience all round

   Great bed and breakfast. Wonderful hosts. Lovely breakfast and nice choices if you don't want full English. Lovely location, close to lots of attractions and some beautiful places for walks. Great for family, couples or staying on your own. Great if you have business in area (I was on training course in Lymington) as you have use of a fridge so you can purchase food/drink and leave in there which saves money on eating out.

   Lovely place to stay. We were there for 3 nights and the room was spacious and clean. Coffee and Tea facilities were available in the room. Good choice of Breakfast Menu - and the service was Excellent. Easy access to local amenities. We will definitely stay again. Highly Recommended B&B

   I was a guest over Christmas and New Year. I am Italian and this has been translated for me. I was made so welcome and had such a comfortable room. The breakfast was lovely. If Cathy thought I hadn't understood something or vice versa ,she contacted my English friends to check all was ok. They couldn't have been kinder. Great value for money. I will be back when I return to England. Thank you.

   Stayed here for two nights as we were attending a wedding at The Domus in Beaulieu. Ample parking, beautiful garden with lots of tables to enjoy fresh air, excellent access at the front and back of the building, extremely clean and comfortable. Cathy and Ian were extremely welcoming and friendly, providing a delicious and generous breakfast. Lots of tea, coffee and biscuits in the room. Great access to the new forest for walking. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.
