I've put off going as I has an awful experience years ago witha chiropodist in another area, so have been hobbling round with a painful foot for months. My only regret is not going sooner! Absolutely superb service (lovely Sam on reception), and fabulous treatment done by Zamka. I honestly didn't feel a thing and came out dancing! Amazing Thank you so much

I had the microwave treatment on my foot every fortnight to treat a verruca costing around Β£90 per visit. The ladies at the Clinic are very pleasant and professional. The treatment was very painful and ultimately didn’t work. I was booked in for a review two months after the treatment and was disappointed to find out this was going to cost me Β£95, So I cancelled the appointment. Having spoken to others who have had this treatment a lot of said that it didn’t work either.

I recently attended at your clinic to have an ingrowing toe nail attended to. There I was seen by Jansu and I have to say that for the first time in weeks, I am pain free. Excellent service and I have already booked for a return visit so I am very pleased to recommend your clinic.

Booked online for an initial visit 3 days ago. Feet very sore, swollen and tired after a walk on Sunday Megan was professional and reassuring. She answered all my questions and gave me advice on aftercare. Very reasonable pricing too for a 30 minute initial appointment.

Went to the Foot Clinic twice, thinking I had a fungi on my toe nail. First visit they sold me Mykored for the fungus infection, that I used with no improvement for 3 weeks. Three weeks on I had the second appointment, I wanted to ask them if my β€œinfected” nail could be removed, they said it could be surgically removed for Β£225. I went to another clinic for a second opinion and it turns out I never had any fungi infection on my nail!!! I just had trauma, the nail was dead, could be easily removed with no need of surgery or anaesthesia. Time and money wasted on this clinic, to be given a wrong diagnose, imagine if it had been a bigger problem. The only positive thing I have to say about it, is that they were all very nice and very polite, but apparently they thought they could scam a foreigner or maybe they don’t have better knowledge when it comes to diagnose a dead nail. I have to be honest with other future costumers, and explain my experience was very disappointing and what it seems a lack of knowledge and professionalism when it come to give the right solutions to the real problem. Money and time wasted in this clinic.

I have been treated by Claire today for the removal of an ingrown toenail. The level of care and professionalism was excellent. The procedure was very well explained and consent for the procedure was gained both verbally and in writing. The levels of hygeine were immaculate, both in the clinician and in the clinic. Keep up these levels of exceptional care. This is the best foot clinic I have ever used.

I had surgery for an ingrowing toe nail in DEC , the cost was Β£225, I was told that this would sort it out rather than keep going back every few weeks . The surgery would involve using a chemical so that part wouldn't grow back Weeks later still having issues, my toe was examined and it was confirmed that it would be redone at no cost as it hadn't been done right the first time. My appointment was made, for 2/3 weeks later and 4 hours before my appointment I received a call from Claire to say she believed I was under the impression there would be no charge , well it will be another Β£225. I was under the impression as I had been told that would be the case. They then said they would go 50 / 50. I wasn't happy that they ring 4 hours before I'm due there. Anyway after an email I sent they offered to do it FOC but I have lost all confidence and will go elsewhere.

TOTALLY FAILED MY YOUNG DAUGHTER. Six months ago I paid Β£225 to have an ingrowing nail repair for my young daughter. This involves removing a slice of nail and then using a form of acid to prevent it growing back. Initially it solved the problem but since she has had several very painful infections because the procedure either did not remove enough nail or the acid did not prevent the nail from regrowing. We are now waiting for the NHS to fix the problem! The condescending email from the owner blaming my daughter for it was wholly inappropriate and rude. For them to even look at it they wanted me to pay AGAIN...Happy to charge you for every minute they have contact with you but duty of care...none! Shame on you!

We have been going since it opened, they are marvellous, lovely Becky on reception and bubbly Kerry will have you in stitches. All the the staff are great especially Claire and Robert don't know how we would manage without them.
