The house is close to the east midlands airport and well connected by the bus, but the rooms and the common ambients are very dirty.
Stayed here last night and was impressed by the friendly couple who run the hotel. It was very cute, clean and tidy!
Nice simple room with a comfortable bed that has everything you need. Good location with on site parking. Pete and Juile are wonderful hosts, if homely is what you're after, then this is a good place to stay
A great B&B with easy access to the festival (by bus). Just a pleasure to have a well cooked breakfast before leaving for the festival, Pete's honey tasted great, Julie's grub was a highlight. Very accomodating as we needed to leave early on the Monday with an early breakfast and access to our car. This is definatly on the list for a biking tour base in the future. No complaints jobs a good un.
Stayed for one night and I absolutely loved this place! The couple who runs it are very friendly and honest, and also the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had, local produced and home made, even got honey from their own bee hives. Would definitely come to this place again if I have the chance. Many Thanks.
