   Claire is fantastic! She takes care of our dog, Polly, as though she is one of her own and her knowledge of canine behaviour is great. Obviously, you are always a little sad to leave your four-legged friend behind, but we are reassured by the photos and videos that Claire sends us throughout her stay that Polly has quickly settled down and is also enjoying her own holiday. She has totally made herself at home by the time we collect her! Claire has access to a secure field for the dogs to run around safely off the lead if they wish, chasing a ball or just exploring the area. We always make a point of booking early as Bruno's Dog hotel is obviously a great holiday for the dogs themselves. You can rest easy and enjoy your holiday knowing your dog is in very safe hands.

   We can’t thank Claire at Bruno’s Dog Hotel enough for the incredible care she gave our Border Terrier and Hungarian Vizsla during their week-long stay. From the moment we dropped them off, we knew they were in the best hands. Claire’s home is absolutely immaculate and provided the perfect “home from home” environment we were looking for. It was clear from the regular pictures and videos she sent that our dogs were not just being looked after—they were truly loved and given her full attention. Seeing them so relaxed, happy, and clearly enjoying themselves made our holiday abroad 100 times better. We didn’t have to worry for a moment, knowing they were safe, happy, and so well cared for.    Our Cocker Spaniel Charlie had a great week with Claire at Bruno's Dog Hotel, she looked after him brilliantly - he loves fuss and cuddles and Claire was happy to give him plenty of both. Bruno's is definitely a home from home experience for visitors, but for Charlie in our case at least, he had the added bonus of other dogs to play and spend time with which he loves too. Our dog was diagnosed with condition not long before he was due to stay at Bruno's, but after one phone call with Claire, she took it in her stride and was very happy to manage the situation and give him his medication, it was no problem at for her. This was a huge relief for us and we were very thankful. Claire also gave us updates during his stay which gave us added peace of mind. Thank you Claire for looking after Charlie so well, we really appreciate all you do for your visitors. For anyone looking for a truly wonderful, safe and caring place for your dog to have a holiday of their own, we thoroughly recommend Bruno's Dog Hotel

   We tried a local kennel and our dog (cockapoo) chewed on the bars so much he got an infection so clearly that wasn't for him. So then tried Bruno's. Lovely service very reasuing and looked after our dog really well and accommodated for his unique needs. Even sent a couple of photos while he was visiting and sent him back with a mini report card which is a lovely touch.

   Claire has looked after our puppy on several occasions. We couldn’t be happier with Claire’s professionalism, care and attention. Silky absolutely loves being with Claire, Bruno and Jet (and the other furry visitors!) and is spoilt with love and attention during her stay. Claire keeps in touch and has always been so accommodating to meet our needs. We wouldn’t trust many people to look after our puppy but we don’t ever worry when she is with Claire. Highly recommend.    Brunos dog hotel is just wonderful. I leave Marley here knowing he will be treated as one of the family and have the best time with all his doggy pals. It makes me so happy to see him happily run inside and to see him playing. Would highly recommend Claire, Bruno and Jet to anyone.
