   The Goring Pharmacy is a quaint establishment operated by superbly efficient & very helpful staff. A very tidy, well lit place with a welcoming aura. Its workflow was fast and logical. The lady pharmacist (Miss M) was very knowledgeable with a fabulously friendly demeanour. My special thanks goes to Mrs. Dawn Timms who was a tremendous help for sorting out parking arrangements etc, hence a well deserving 5 STAR rating. Keep up the good & best of luck.

   Helpful staff took a phone call promptly and advised if items were in stock so as not to make a wasted trip. Polite counter staff. Can be long waits for dispensing though as only one pharmacist and often a que to collect items.

   Extremely rude and unprofessional counter staff. Regularly tell you to come back an hour or two later to collect a prescription even when you tell them you've run out of medication, the doctor won't prescribe it any earlier and have work commitments. I have never encountered a less customer-friendly pharmacy in my life and whoever manages it needs to really get a grip.

   Very slow. They don't seem to have a system to find your prescription and spend 10 minutes each time looking at each of their shop prescription one by one before moving on to other prescriptions in another place. Each time I want to suggest a box and alphabetical order works for most people!

   Not impressed. My prescription sent to them on 25th. I left it two days before asking. Then they couldn’t find it (until I asked them to check for prescriptions sent using Lloyds Direct). Then ‘pharmacist’s at lunch, can’t dispense it, call back’. Called back today; they only had 1/3 of the supply. ‘We’ll call you back when we have the rest’. But I’m leaving today - they can’t transfer the prescription to a branch close to where I live.
