    Don't understand all the negative reviews. Sometimes the staff are stretched, sometimes there are minor mistakes or technical issues, but the service is always friendly, polite and professional in my experience. Have people forgotten we once had three Lloyds and two Boots pharmacies? Now we have only two outlets to service the requirements of a doubled population, and I think this one makes a great job of it.

    There is never enough people working as they say and I have seen myself! Many people need care but they cannot give it on-time. I hope next time you can give my medication properly and on-time with more people to make to reduce the queue size quicker!

    Brilliant service today at Halo by staff member Lucy, polite professional and fab customer service. My script was not ready but Lucy found my details and alittle wait whilst the script was prepared......happy customer in a somewhat busy/chaotic pharmacy. That is all it takes-good customer service.

    Over the past few weeks, I’ve had some disappointing experiences with this pharmacy. On one occasion, my prescription was mistakenly sent to another Halo Pharmacy in Newbury. I was only informed of this after waiting 45 minutes. I was then asked to return the next day, but when I did, staff couldn't locate my prescription. I noticed the staff member looking for it eventually gave up and started helping other customers. After waiting another 20 minutes and asking again, they resumed the search β€” and after an additional 20 minutes, they finally found it. On a separate occasion within the same week, I visited to collect another prescription. I was asked to wait, which I did β€” for over an hour. When I finally asked about the delay, I was simply told it would take more time. It would have been helpful to be informed of the expected wait time earlier, so I could have returned later instead of missing work. Overall, I found the service disorganized and communication lacking. I hope the team can improve their processes, as this impacts patients who rely on timely access to their medication.

    Have been a number of times to pick up prescriptions . Sometimes they haven't been sent by the doctor so a return visit it is. Sometimes the items are there so happy days. In either event I have nothing but the utmost praise for the staff, they always seem to be very busy but are always cheerful and polite, it isn't their fault if prescriptions have not been sent by the doctor, keep cheerful.

    Extremely rude staff, needing to collect an URGENT prescription to be asked if i could collect it a week later! Honestly no words. I would rather catch a 20 minute bus to the pharmacy than use this one which is a 5 minute walk from my front door!! I appreciate they are understaffed but surely looking at the medication i require should indicate that no i cannot come back 4/5 days later...

    Never answer the phone when you want to check prescription is ready as do not text you when ready, & for the fourth time I get home receipt half not there as they presume everyone does onlin & find half my prescription receipt missing . Not impressive.

    Most staff have quit, didn't notify anyone through text or email service that they are having issues so caused a one in one out policy at the pharmacy, meaning prescriptions where not in stock for most even when order over a week an half a go when done through the online service forcing many people to go to Boots round the corner or all in town centre in Newbury. The only form of notification was on the door about one in and out and not about staffing issues. This is a pharmacy and main job is given medication to people that need it meaning if other pharmacies don't have your medicine meaning some peoples life was put a risk due to incompetence and lack of communicating to make people aware of their issue so we could act according to change the location of the pharmacy to make sure no one goes without their required medication especially the vulnerable.

    Absolutely disgusting customer service. Messing about with people's medicine that's vital to keep them alive. No cares given just poor me I'm on my own, well actually it's illegal to open on your own so there must be more staff

    Don’t know when I can collect prescription because they won’t answer the phone. It rings out and when I immediately try again it goes to busy. This makes me wonder if someone is taking the phone off the hook
