   There are many fantastic staff working at the pharmacy in Didcot. Unfortunately they are let down by the consistently rude Scottish lady. I have visited many times and refrained from passing comment, but the treatment on my last visit was absurd. She is abrupt and curt with people arbitrarily. Having been served after a lady with a baby who she was sweet as can be to, she turned to me and almost aggressively spoke at me, with no care to listen to me, just demanded I obey. I’m sure they get lots of difficult requests, but this person is not fit to deal with customers. Having seen similar reviews I’m shocked that the pharmacy management allow this to continue. I have now moved to a new pharmacy and won’t be visiting again.

   My repeat prescription did not come through from my GP (because of "an issue"). I phoned the GP practice and got it sorted. The pharmacy were excellent: they made every effort to provide my medication whilst I (briefly) waited. I was very impressed by their professionalism. I would like to thank them all.

   They have a telephone for a reason, they never pick up the phone and medication pickup is so challenging when you do not know if the medication is ready, just to get there and you wait to wait more than 30 minutes to not receive any of your package. They owe medication and there are missing medication on some days. Tesco pharmacy should have to do better or get more competent staffs

   I have used this pharmacy for many years and have found it to be excellent in every respect. Contrary to some of the comments here, the staff are always helpful and courteous without exception. They deal with queries and requests quickly and professionally, going the extra mile to provide customer satisfaction where necessary. A top team in my book, working efficiently under difficult circumstances.

   Very friendly but can be excruciatingly slow. I may be missing something, however cannot understand, when there is no queue, why it takes 30 minutes to put a packet of pills in a bag? A quick pharmacy should not be that difficult and would attract all the customers?

   The pharmacist who administered the flu jab was professional and polite. The woman on the till who took payment and details was less so and clearly should not be in this role as she has no people skills whatsoever. It seems that she has offended others on here as well. As a result I am less likely to choose Tesco Pharmacy in the future.

   Really poor service from Irene for the second time. Very impolite when taking the prescription. “30 minutes or more” After over 30 minutes waiting- they don’t have it in stock. Twice in a row she has done this. Went to sainsburys, received in minutes. Avoid Irene or your day will be wasted

   I was served by the pharmacist there, Mr Bruce, and he was absolutely amazing and helpful! I think the service has improved dramatically over the past year. This is gonna be my go-to pharmacy from now on! Thank you very much for your service!

   Awful staff.... One of the ladies refused to sell me medication from behind the counter not on prescription saying I have to contact my GP (on Saturday morning) even tho I showed her what I exactly want and even tho the NHS website says this was available in any pharmacy without prescription. When I asked for other suggestions on how to help myself again I was told to speak to my GP. A few mins later I got medication I wanted from other pharmacy without any fuss. So I'm not even sure on how to comment the situation.
